On my way to work in the morning I went for breakfast for the 3rd and last time for any food. At least this Carls Jr. The worst Customer Service, worst manager whom doesnt have any good interpersonal nor communication skills. I ordered the 2 for 4 with no cheese because i cant eat certain cheeses. Well guess what there was cheese in both . I couldnt go back right away and get my order rectified . I cant just scrape the cheese off and eat it with melted cheese for medical reasons. Well that same day after work i went to let the manager know about it. And with no regard to their mistake nor any sympathy or even an apology, which also surprised me. SHe stated ok give me the sandwiches back and let me see your receipt. I was very surprise by the manners and poor education or lack of training on customer retention by providing outstanding customer service or even to gain new business for their location....
Read moreI have continually visited this location and other location in Tracy for many many years (20+). This location over the years has had its ups and downs as all businesses do. For the past I would say 4, it’s been in a down state. But, what a pleasant surprise I’ve seen in the past few months. New employees ready to work and eager to fulfill your needs. Great customer service along with good wait times for food and good quality. The new manager Alex has been making great changes and being more hands on then previous managers I’ve seen here. Her great customer service along with attention to detail is already showing changes in this location. Her along with Abraham have made these last couple visits great. Not many fast food places have great customer service with the new technology take over but Alex and Abraham are leading as prime examples for the Carls’ franchises. Thank you...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. I asked at the drive-thru if they had any specials going on. Lady literally said no just what's on the menu. I pay for my item and right past the window they have this advertisement for this late night deal. Before any food is served and maybe seconds after I paid I wanted to get the late night special they had. The manager told me she did not know how to issue a refund. There was no new food loss or anything like that. They even had me wait like 10 mins for my food. If I was going to wait this long why not just honor the order change I asked.
