Morning crew are rude as hell, me and two of my friends went in three days ago, just before noon, ordered about $30 worth of lunch, sat, ate, talked, as we get ready to leave my friend used the bathroom, I went after her, but I forgot my purse on the table, so I ask her to go grab it for me, as she brings it to the door, one of the workers glares at us as she hands me my bag, I don't know maybe she thought we were both going to go in? I'm not sure, but whatever, I take my bag, lock the door, pee, wash my hands, and I'm drying them and she starts pounding on the door like a madman, and yelling for me to come out or she's calling the cops. I'm thinking ' this broad is out of her rabid ass mind right now, but I finish drying my hands and once again as I reach for the door handle she is banging and screaming at me to come out she is calling the police, and finally I'm like 'ok good, call them maybe they NEED to come, because apparently you're a lunatic, verbally assaulting customers!" And she was like "you been in there for 30 minutes!" And I laughed "lady the entire time me and my girlfriends spent in here eating and all wasn't even 30 minutes. And it took me 2, maybe 3 minutes to pee. but call the cops I'm sure they will love you wasting their time." And I walked out, I went next door to buy a pack of smokes and when I walked back towards Taco bell parking lot where our car was parked, she buzzed over the intercom "GO AWAYYYYY!!!!!!" Like wow. SHE WAS FABLOUS, GREAT, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAN INDEED SAY THIS FROM MY PAST 25 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE MYSELF. PEOEPLE AS HERSELF DO NOT COME BY VERY OFTEN SHE LIKE WOW, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS BRIGHT, HELD HERSELF, VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY WELL MANNER, SPEAK VERY WELL, SHE NEW HER JOB DUTIES, VERY CONFIDENT, KIND, VERY EASILY TO ASK QUESTIONS TO, SHE EXPLAIN OUR QUESTIONS WITH NO PROBLEM. DO NOT EVER GET RID OF HER, SHE WILL BE A ASSIST TO YOUR COMPANY, SHE BRING BACK LOT OF YOUR CUSTOMER, FOR HER WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, ASUME, FANTASTIC, GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IN MANY YEARS NOW. SHE IS A KEEPER, SHE WILL GO FAR IN HER LIFE BECAUSE OF HER EXPERIENCE. IF ANYTHING SHE SHOULD GET A PROMOTION, WITH A RAISE BECAUSE YOU WONT FIND OR EVER GET ANOTHER ONE AD HERSELF. I almost never bother to leave reviews for restaurants unless I'm extremely pleased with the service. Don't get me wrong, It's fine if you are close to starving to death and can't make it to the gas station next door. I stopped going to this location a long time ago due to various issues with orders I would usually drive a couple extra miles to the much better location. But it had been a while since I gave them a chance and I was in a hurry. That was a mistake, I ordered two beefy five layer burritos and they were awful. Not only did one burrito have 3 times the beans as the other but they were completely cold. I started eating them immediately in the car, less than one minute after receiving them. I've never had such horrible food served to me from Taco Bell. I couldn't believe how cold they were, I couldn't tell if they had been sitting for a long period of time or were thrown together with cold ingredients. I will NEVER return to...
