Not good. Order was for a crew and they must have given us the wrong order because there was so much missing. Five full lunches out of 12. We're on the road a lot and working a lot of different productions which is why we go to different fast food restaurants. It's not our ideal go-to, but it's there and well that's the success of fast food right because they're there and it's quick.
But when things like this happen not only is it time consuming but it also hurts the morale of the crew. In this case it cost us a lot of money to have to go somewhere else I was closer, pay more for those meals and waste all the time and had to excuse the crew from coming back on late because half of them didn't get their lunches.
Staying away from Jack in the Box is not that difficult. Especially because there's fast food everywhere. But the time and money loss is inexcusable. Not only will we not return their for any medium to large orders anymore at all, But we will also make sure that everybody knows our experience besides through this platform We will use others to share what happened here. At the very least reimbursing us would be great but I've seen some of your emails and responses and that certainly is not your option at least to other people I've had similar experiences with your company.
You know many years ago Jack in the Box was actually respectable, Now in most markets they just become a big joke. I wouldn't be surprised if one day we hear Jack in the Box is no longer Jack in the Box It's Jim in the boxer somebody else owns it now they parted in a fire sale and they should have just burnt...

I have complained to the workers as well as the manager & all we get is a I’m sorry about that! No matter how much you complain & order your food specifically & plus get charged for the extras you add on which you never get is absolutely ridiculous! We finally gave up going here anymore as there is just no fixing this place no matter how much you complain or talk to the workers or manager there! The response here to this review I bet will be … Oh so sorry you had a bad experience, please go & fill out a complaint on our site so we can fix this This is how they reply to every bad star review they have been getting! But whats funny about that is how nothing ever changes here or gets fixed! This establishment has gone so down hill repeatedly for over a year now!!! Read moreThe worst food I have had in quite some time. I ordered chicken strips and 5 tacos curly fries and a drink. The edible item was the Sprite Zero I had. The chicken strips tasted horrible as if they had been re-fried several times not just once but several several times. The tacos actually tasted the same way and actually kinda looked that way also. They lackwd any kind of taste and were visually pretty bad. I like Jack-in-the-box now known as Jack. I don't know what the issue was here but they are supplied good food that in many cases they couldn't mess it up unless they actually tried to do just that. I was really disappointed and threw my chicken out didn't even eat a full piece as I thought I should maybe try another piece in case there was a mix up and one from a far away time in a lost land found its way back to the current millenia. I think that the food inspection team from Food Maker needs to pay a visit to this location and possibly retrain the staff here in proper food preparation. I will give it the one star because the manger on duty who took my order was very nice and welcoming and got the order together...
