Honestly I really do not like writing bad reviews. But they need to get their stuff together at this location.. I mean really...
I ordered online per usual, easier than calling in and they have the cool tracker.
When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was asked to present the card I paid with online (I've never been asked previously when picking up pizza, sometimes I will order and my husband will pick up, or vice versa). I had paid with a company card and it isn't one I carry around typically. I said that this wasn't something that was mentioned online to which the store associate said it was this locations policy only.
I asked if I would have to return to work to get the correct card, and the associate said yes. Shortly before leaving I asked if I could cancel the online payment, and use a different card I had on my person. The associate said that would be fine (SO GLAD I ASKED BEFORE DRIVING HOME). Then I was asked to present an ID that matched the card. This was another surprise, and while the new card I used did have my name on it that match my ID, the card I had originally paid online with was my employers, and I would have returned to Dominos with it to only then be told that I couldn't use it due to an issue with the ID.
Dominos needs to list online somewhere that the card paid with online needs to be presented rather than surprising their customers when they come in to pick up. It was also extremely frustrating how nonchalant the employees are about inconveniencing their customers. Completely...

Last Sunday I have ordered Large pizza and did the curbside pickup and found the pizza was burnt out completely. When I went in to the store I found front desk guy was wiping of his sweat from his head with the hand and touching the monitor screen, all his sweat was on the screen and the other person who came to redo my order used same monitor and went ahead and starting remaking my order with out using gloves. When I asked him why you are not using glove while preparing the pizza, he called in his supervisor and the Lady who was filling in for her manager told that unless customer requests they don't use glove in preparing. I told her that other guy was wiping sweat with his hand and applied that sweat on monitor and other staff is touching same monitor and with that bare hands they are making pizza . She didn't even said sorry or she didn't even tried to clean the monitor and let the staff know to use gloves, instead she told we don't use gloves.I told her to refund as I don't want to eat food from this unhygienic place. With delta variants around and with this spreading COVID virus ,these guys are playing with customers health. I would request you not to order anything from this place as they are not maintaining any...
Read moreI don't normally write-up reviews for businesses, unless they really standout or have fantastic-service. This particular-business, definitely stood-out to me; for all the wrong reasons, sadly. Ended up going to pick-up a pizza from this establishment, recently; ended up not being too thrilled by their customer-service. The whole operation is clearly having difficulties with logistics, and/or the idea that customer's value is not of top-priority to them. I will state that it isn't always like this, but this is the third time I've dealt with it. Not too impressed, albeit the pizza is not half-bad. However, after listening to their phones ring, while waiting in a non-existent line for 10 minutes (without any type of greeting, or representative coming up to talk to me, even though they clearly saw me); eventually I got some sort of receptiveness from what looked like the manager - I suppose. Overall, two-stars, after the culmination of these incidents, is being a little-bit generous. I hope that they get their operation squared-away, but I don't think that I will continue going to this business anytime soon, as it stands. Hope this was helpful to those who are considering this, and that they have an idea of what...
