If I could give NO STAR I would. My daughter in law is having her 1st baby and spent $200 on a cake that was absolutely terrible OMG.. I have never seen a cake so bad that came out of a bakery. I could have made a better cake and i don't even back and I have photos to show for this. Very disappointing and the owner had the audacity to say that my daughter in law agreed on this cake during the consult, NO SHE DID NOT. All my daughter in law asked for was a Jungle theme cake and showed them a picture and choose her flavors which were suppose to be chocolate and white cake and she got yellow and red velvet and each layer of cake had cardboard in between which i have never seen done before, I have done tons of parties and party planning this by far was the WORST. The worst part about this was the fact that cake was paid way in advance and the pick up time for the cake was 4:00pm then we were told they needed 30 more minutes, when my nieces got to the bakery at 4:30 they still were not finished and needed an extra 45 minutes it was now 5:30pm. We waited over 1.5hr for the cake and by the time we were able to cut the cake it was time to leave because I party ended at 6pm. Luckily my sister and I had tons and goodies on the dessert table, I also picked up 2 mini cakes just in case and my daughter in law mom made to flan cakes for the guest to enjoy.

I felt so bad for my daughter in law as this is her 1st baby and the one thing she wanted the most turned out to be a nightmare and they told us we couldn't get a refund ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Wow... I'll be waiting for a response from the owners.

The cake fondant wasn't even put on correctly it was as if they threw it on, the leaves were just stuck on with paper something. But the poor little alien on the front was suppose to be a baby giraffe but um sorry that wasn't a giraffe it was a playdo and the cakes were all different sizes as if they backed a week before the baby shower. I can go on and on. Our Dessert table was beautiful and i have a great camera which is why these pictues looks so good but that...

I had a terrible service. It was my sons first birthday and I ordered a cake from them. It was a two tier cake and I spend $165.70 on a cake that was absolutely trash! I have never seen a cake so bad that came out of a bakery. Even grocery stores carry much better cake than this. Very disappointing and the owner had the audacity to say that I agreed on this cake during the consult and my brother who went to pick up the cake singed it and agreed on it. I asked her to make a railroad theme cake since my sons is found of wheels on the bus. I asked her to mix vanilla and chocolate but the cake was so bad we all could feel is sugar granule. I showed her a picture while ordering the cake and it was nothing similar to that.

I even paid 18% tips thinking they would make a nice and presentable cake for my sons first birthday. You are scam!!!!! The cake made my party look like a joke. Disgusting service, I never recommend anyone to go over here. Waste of my money,...

Attended a birthday party there. It was very elaborate. There was so much for the kids to do. There was so much sugar! The kids decorated a giant marshmallow with fondant. They had a cupcake cake and a huge ice cream sundae. The cupcakes were delicious. The cake was moist and flavorful. The frosting had a great consistency and wasn't overly sweet.

The staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this for a kid's birthday party.
