Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tracy

Second time I have had an issue with this little Caesars, last to me I let it slide because I did not want to rant about them messing up my order and making me wait 25 more minutes for them to make me a new order. But now I decided to order from the Tracy location again because I was intrigued with the perfect match promo that gives you a two topping thin crust pizza with a special pineapple Pepsi for 9.99. So of course the pizza was not done on time, was 15 minutes past promise time but I can deal with that. But now the problem that occured was the pineapple Pepsi deal witch they did not even give me the promo soda and I ask the counter and the gentleman tells me we do don't have it , and then says nothing. So I ask what do I do about my sodas and just tells me to grab whatever soda. My problem is that Little Caesar's keeps offering this promo and this location never seems to have the promos available and does not care to inform you that they do not have it. This Tracy location always seems to have bad service and nobody at the front to help customers, I would advise anyone who wants pizza to avoid this location, or take a drive to Patterson if you really want Little Caesar's because they are way nicer and get your orders correct. Went in, placed an order at 6:50, I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. I came back in at 7:10, pizza still wasn't ready. I gave my name and was told the wait would be 6 minutes more. I sit down, and after trying to be patient and letting them handle the line, I finally get up and ask about my pizza. By this time it was 7:40, nearly an hour after ordering. After again giving my name, I'm told I need to show my receipt, which clearly means they have lost track of my order. Without saying any apologies or even giving me any words at all, the employee goes to the back, leaving me to wait for several minutes without knowing what was going on. I could hear people arguing in the back over an order placed an hour ago, clearly mine. Finally, a different person comes out and hands me a pizza. There were no apologies, no attempts to reconcile the mistakes at all. Terrible customer service, absolutely no sense of urgency, and employees who were indifferent and had zero enthusiasm or...

Once upon a time this place was great, but the place has just went down hill in the past year. They NEVER have deep dish or cheesy bread anymore...three times in the past 2 weeks they have ran out by 6pm...2 weeks ago I tried to call to place an order for an hour=no answer it just rang and rang and rang. When I finally drove down there and made sure I had the right number, the girl blew it off when I told her. I got angry and said don't you think you should check on that...then I called the number and watched as they deliberately let the phone ring! What kind of pizza place has this place become. They even took out the bench so there is no seating to wait; because you will wait no matter what you order-NO hot and ready pizzas ever it seems like! After today, I am done with this place...I will go elsewhere...
