Santucci's Original Square Pizza - Paoli — Restaurant in Tredyffrin Township

Service was quick and friendly, and the staff genuinely seemed to care that I had a good experience. The place is cozy, clean, and perfect for a casual night out or a quick lunch stop. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and they offer both dine-in and delivery options. Bonus points for having gluten-free choices too! While the pizza is good, it doesn't warrant it's price. Additionally, two big issues:

1. Fee added for using credit cards. Sorry, in this world where we're going cashless, that's just a cost of doing business. Besides, with the prices for your pizza, it feels like this cost is more than already baked in. Not to mention that on my first visit there was no sign or indication of a fee added to use a credit card. On my second try, there was a small sign by the left, but not very obvious.
2. On my second order, they messed it up. Ordered with half pepperoni, paid for the whole thing to be pepperoni as a result. The pizza had zero pepperoni on it.

So, after over-paying for the pizza, paying for the pepperoni, and paying a credit card fee, it was a big time miss.

I’m assuming I came on a bad night because I cannot see how this place stays in business. From the moment I walked in the door it was a really bad experience. I arrive at the exact time the order was due to be picked up. The person at the front counter spent 10 mins trying to figure out another order before getting to me and then I sat for 25 minutes while she checked out everyone that came in with order numbers after mine. When she did finally get me my order.. it was cold. She said she was down a person but honestly it was just really unorganized. Everything was cold. The pizza just barely warm. It was doughy in the middle and had the most minuscule amount of toppings. I had a few bites after rewarming it but really it wasn’t great. I had gotten wings and garlic bread too but after a bite I just tossed them. Wish I could have...
