Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tremonton

Awful experience. I ordered on the app and when I got there (when it told me to) I had to wait another 30 minutes. Once I finally got the food, I looked at it before leaving and it looked terrible. Hardly any cheese, maybe a few pieces of pepperoni for the extra most bestest? Are we serious?

I asked them to remake the food and the Manager (Debbie) was distraught. “This is always how they look” she said. I said “Does that look appetizing to you? Would you eat that?” She begrudgingly remade our food. She brought it out and handed it to me without saying a word - no I’m sorry, thanks for being patient, nothing.

Once it was done, I looked again before leaving and I swear it was the same pizza. It looked the same if not worse than before. At this point I asked for a refund, which she did so at least that was helpful.

After she had processed it she said “Why did you need a refund? What’s the problem? I remade this for you.” & I said “Okay Debbie, take a look at the board. Does this pizza look like that one?”

She handed me the receipt and that was it. Look, I know this isn’t gourmet pizza. But on a Friday night, all I wanted was a simple, easy dinner at home with the family.

Debbie is the Manager and doesn’t know how to take care of customers. The other workers are all in the back listening to music, eating pizza, having drinks, not taking care of the people up front. Oh well - ended up at...

I made a call in order for a deep dish pizza, an order of wings and stuffed crazy bread. They said it would be 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to go pick it up just to give them extra time. When I got there, there were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through and they all left with no service, also one car behind me. When I got to the window, I saw someone walk past 4 times without even acknowledging me. I honked my horn twice, called them 3 times with no answer and finally knocked on the window. I asked if they forgot about the drive up window, and they said "yes". They then told me they only had my pizza ready, and it would be a longer wait for the other items. I decided not to wait any longer and just left with my pizza, I went elsewhere to buy wings and bread. When I got home to eat my pizza, there were bristles (it looked like) from one of their cleaning tools baked into the crust. This is not the first time we have had HORRIBLE service from this location, something needs to be done. I would be more understanding if they were short staffed, and that was the reason for longer wait times but there were 4 people that I could see working at the time. They were all just goofing off. I have worked at multiple Little Caesars establishments in Weber and Davis county, the worst of those stores are much better than this one. The ovens are not set properly leading to doughy/underdone deep dish, and burnt regular pizzas and crazy bread. They use a sheet press instead of a sheet out machine because it's easier, which makes the center very thin and soggy. I applied for a part time job and was treated horribly on my first and only day by the GM. Their prep is done incorrectly and there is no rhyme or reason to their shifts. I will not be returning to this establishment without changes to the staff and procedure.
