OD African Restaurant — Restaurant in Trenton

We got their food two nights ago all three of our stomachs have been hurting since. I have been using the bathroom non stop since, every 2-3 hours I have to go. In between that time my stomach hurts soooo bad. THEY GAVE ME FOOD POISONING. Right now im still up in pain(1am) I havent been able to eat anything else since .... My last experience with this place wasnt like this. I dont know what happened, but this is horrible. And it looked different than before, im like what did you order this isnt the right thing. But it was ! They do use alot if random meats (chicken/pork fat/neck bones) it is alottttt of bones as well. Definitely only sticking with precious kitchen from now on. It was 3 of us that ordered all of us were messed up after. My cousin ordered the next day now shes messed up. DO NOT...

This was the second time I got food from here. The first time I went in and they were about to close and I didn't look at what time they closed, but the person at the counter took my order anyways. Such kind and great service. I ordered the Okra Stu and I asked if they could add beef to it and they did. It was amazing. The second time I doordashed and got the Palm Butter soup and it was delicious. The fufu was good too, portion size is good. Highly recommend to try, I will be trying more of the menu going forward 😋. I have not dined in yet, but when I went the first time everything was clean...

Tried a plate of dry rice with fried fish, and overall it was the best. The rice was cooked good not mushy and it had much flavor on its own. Like the pepper sauce, stew, or even just some vegetables on the side., it came off plain.

The fish was the best part. Fried with a nice crispy skin and some good seasoning — salty, with a hint of heat. It balanced out the plainness of the rice, but it quite enough to make the whole dish feel complete over all good...
