It's good to see this place finally open its doors. I have been waiting forever for Downtown Trenton to have a bar. When I was in here on Saturday, it was very clean and modern. They had a lot of soon to be seating outside, which will be very nice when it gets warm out. Being that they had just opened a few days ago, the menu was very limited. Only drinks were available. They did, however, have a temporary Mexican food truck set up outside. They did say that their own food would be available after the new year. When we were talking to the waitress, she said that there were 5 owners. 2 of those owners run Whiskeys, Frank's Pizza, and Captain's in Wyndotte. I'm sure the others own various bars/restaurants in the area as well. The waitress actually asked us to share some ideas for food, which I thought was very considerate. It's always nice to see employees listen to their customer's suggestions and preferences. Honestly, this place has incredible potential. Being located in the heart of Old Trenton, the possibilities are endless. It could bring an element of nightlife, which the area desperately needs. The menu said that they'd be open until 2am, which is a good sign. Overall, with the competent esblished ownership, this place could thrive. No matter what direction that they decide to go with, I think that this place will be a go to spot when it's all said and done.

Could be a great place with just a little improvement. The place looks good inside and out. I'm sure this place is wonderful on nice days when they have the garage doors open to their outdoor space. Many TVs inside with movies and sports playing. Beer and drink prices are very reasonable. On the weekends they have live entertainment which is awesome. They don't serve food there but they allow you to bring food in which is also a plus. As for the improvement, Service was definitely lackluster. We sat at the bar and had the flag someone down almost 10 minutes after sitting. Staff didn't smile or greet people. We got there just before 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday and the place was hopping, around 8:30 the place was almost empty. I definitely will be back during warmer days.

Came in on Sunday and got seated right away they did have some live music going. Service was perfect and everyone was very nice. The Drinks were probably the highlight of our visit. They were creative and delicious! The fish frys were okay at best they could have been seasoned more, the crinkle fries however were perfectly seasoned and cooked...the tar tar sauce is homemade which was nice and the pretzels for an app were perfectly cooked, not a fan of the PB&J dip however. They did have an issue with hornets as we had to get rid of 5 and they kept coming back. Overall not a terrible pub and look forward to checking it out on a nice summer day as the outdoor area looks very promising.

Great bar with three different vibes going on. Great for socializing and hanging out with friends. Inside is the bar and high top tables with a couple low tops and the garage doors surround one side of the building and are open making it feel like youre inside and outside. The patio is dog friendly and clean and open to the inside of the bar. The beer garden is full of tables and chairs as well, with games, and a stage for the band that plays on the weekends. The bistro lights stretch from the beer garden to the patio making the vibe so cute and cozy. Nice spot for any type of party, or a casual lunch or dinner. 10/10 recommend.

We visited RiverTown Tavern on a Saturday night to watch my friend Lonnie Stump play music and have dinner and drinks. The food and atmosphere were great and so was the beer. The music was even better. We had a great time and will definitely be back to try their fish fry.
