Tees Me Treat Me — Restaurant in Trinidad

EDIT TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW FROM 2021 TO THE OWNER'S REPLY- You may want to train your employees on your menu. I specifically asked, "what does the sandwich come with?" The gentlemen at the register, taking my order replied, "Just the sandwich." So it was not offered when asked! Your sandwich was not up to a good club sandwich. Also, your PETTY comment regarding, "I hope all of your meals are 5 star" was completely RUDE. I bet you won't be in business is less than two years with yall's terribly rude attitudes!

5-17-2025-- Disappointingly this restaurant has gone downhill. They used to serve different, more elevated type sandwiches with unique sauces but now the menu is average. We ordered the club sandwich which was average and did not come with any cheese, just a minimal amount of turkey, ham, lettuce and tomatoes, no side at all. They now charge for chips, pickles. I have never been to a sandwich place that does not have sides, or at the very least, chips with the sandwich, especially when the sandwich costs $16!!! We will not return. I did not post a pic of our sandwich this time as it did not warrant a picture.

11/26/21- Quaint, vintage place with a delicious twist of flavors for wraps and sandwiches! Rotisserie chicken sandwich with lemon pesto was wonderful, as well as the chicken ranch avocado wrap! We were very disappointed in our lunch today. When we arrived we were 1 of 2 tables. As we waited more tables trickled in. After 45 minutes of waiting for 5 sandwiches we decided it was time to leave as other tables were receiving their food and we were still sitting there. We left $20 with the waitress for a sprite, a tea and 3 waters. The cook proceeded to chase us down the street yelling at my husband, I and our 3 children. He tried to return the money but my husband said he wanted to make sure our drinks were paid for. The man threw the money on the ground and yelled curse words as he turned back towards the restaurant. Very unprofessional and rude considering they were in wrong.

Justifying cursing and yelling at customers (with kids) when they waited a ridiculous amount of time for 5 sandwiches is just sad in itself. We did not throw money at any waitstaff, it was put on the counter by the register. Not once did was raise our voice or speak unkindly to anyone. We respectfully said we could not wait any longer. We happily spent our money elsewhere and will continue to do so...

I just want to share how impressed I was with this restaurant and the owners. We tried to order Door Dash to be delivered, but wanted some adjustments to the dishes (I wanted to add all the meats on the Club Salad to be placed on The Summer Salad minus the cheese). My husband called directly to see if we could do it over the phone, but was disappointed when they said no because it was all tied to Door Dash. We were pretty sad, but got back to our football game when the phone rang about 10 minutes later. It was Tees Me Treat Me. He was like if you stay on the phone with me, we can get this added in the system. Was amazing! He took the order, but then it wouldn't go through for whatever reason. He was like, hold on, let me see if I can send one our employees and he DID! Wec were greeted by a smile and a thank you at our door and let's just say the food was FABULOUS! My Salad was fresh, delicious and just what I was hoping for. My husband got the Reuben and was also extremely pleased. Thankful for this kind of customer service in our quaint mountain town. ...
