Like most of us from Trinity we grew up with Sonic, small town and we only have a couple of options when it comes to fast food options.. That being said there are a couple of employees who have been there for a long time, won’t mention any names, theee is a particular young man who always has a smile and a kind word to say, goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure his customers are happy (long dark hair) now other than that, I have nothing else good I can say about the place, spent $78 one night had several kids from baseball with us and the only thing correct about our order was literally a drink, just one drink.. When I called was directed to call in the morning to speak to a manager only to find out that the manager on shift the night before is the only person who could have attempted to rectify the situation mind you, that’s who told us to call the next morning!!! I explained that this was the third time we had come there and our orders where completely messed up had food we didn’t order, missing stuff we did order and the food was so cold that it may as well have come straight from the fridge to the bag!!The lack of communication from A-Z that goes on behind the scenes must be non existent .. Normally I wouldn’t blast a place of business like this, but hoping that the right people will see this and realize it’s a sinking ship and they need to get it together!! Folks work hard for their money.. To hard to just flush it down...

At 5:30 in the afternoon the shift manager and other employees are hanging out in the parking lot with their crack headed friends smoking and giving them free drinks. When you drive up they stare at you because they don’t want to have to work. Many of their order kiosks are broken and don’t work. The paint is peeling off of all of the rails. You can’t order from the Sonic app and get an error message when you try it here. They complain when you push the button to place an order. Then they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you have multiple people in your party and try to order at more than one machine they will come our of the kitchen and yell at you. The manager threatened to call the general manager if we tried to order. (I don’t know if she was quitting or wanting them to see how bad she is at her job). Then she told us we should have called ahead because we had 19 people. We were there only customers! Can Sonic not serve drinks and ice cream to 19 people! I know why nobody else was there! Dairy Queen and McDonalds are down the street! Won’t make the mistake of stopping...
Read moreFood always tastes great but every time I've been they always mess something up. And they don't have great communication. Went last night and ordered a burger and they didn't even let us know they were out of buns and we're using texas toast. Burger still tasted fine but the heads up still would have been nice that we weren't getting exactly what we were paying for. I'd give 5 stars because the food is always hot and good and the fact they literally always get something wrong with my order and their communication skills Im giving a 3 star. This has been going on for years. We usually will spend the extra gas to go to the one in Huntsville just so we know our order has a less likely chance of being messed up but sometimes it's more convenient to go to...
