We brought our F350 King Ranch in for a oil change. Will not be going back. No one who worked there wore masks so your self worth is not a concern of there’s. As far as getting what you pay for at least a smile would be nice. Your receipt showing everything done is just a little receipt that you woul get at a grocery store. You will need to ask specifically for anything else to be done like check fluids and such that other places do gor you. They charged $148.60 for the oil change, a oil filter, a radiator water filter,(charged $30 something) a $5-$6 filter, a gallon of anti-freeze, and about 15 quarts of Rotella oil. Motor craft wasn’t a option. They charged $14.50 for a gallon of antifreeze that would’ve cost $9.99 at Auto Zone so bring your own! When they pulled my truck out I had to ask if they were finished . Trinity Muffler shop inspected mine and my wife's vehicle but did not properly fill out the forms to the state and I could not get my license sticker until I got another inspection. Which they charged me again for!!! Thats right even though the owner/manager looked up my inspection number and admitted they did the inspection she claimed it was a previous employee and he did not input the information properly and he had done it on several vehicles. My options were to let them do another inspection at a reduced rate(they refused to fill out the forms to show they made a mistake) or go someplace else!!! This shop and its owner/manager are unscrupulous and I will never go there again and if you are wise you will not either!!! I will never do business...

I went to this place to get an inspection done and they failed it because of an 'exhaust leak'. No explanation on where, just failed my inspection. Immediately took my car to another reputable location in Huntsville and the car passed. No exhaust leak whatsoever, the inspector was thourough in her exam and we even double checked with her afterward. Called the owner of this Trinity business to tell them the car passed and that it would be wise for them to be more thourough before failing inspections just to be scrutinized by the owner and hung up on.
