Today was the first and last time going to Trotwoood Burger King. There were almost no cars in the parking lot and only one car in the drive thru. It still took 7 minutes for the car in front of me to be acknowledged at the ordering screen. I placed my order pulled up paid and received my drinks at which time I was told they were waiting on fresh french fries and to pull up to the second door and wait and my food would be brought out. Which I did and waited 18 minutes with no food brought out so I went into the restaurant with my receipt I just paid for 20 minutes ago to have the manager say they have never seen my order or receipt... like I'm trying to rip them off. When they finally started making my order they didn't include the kids meal which was the first thing I ordered on my receipt. When I finally received the food I paid for it had been 35 minutes since the time they told me to park for fries, which I stated to the manager only to receive an eye roll and a shrug. When Burger King advertises “BK have it your way” I expect the order to be correct. My husband was furious he didn’t eat the food and I proceeded to drive back the next day with my receipt to ask for a refund when the “new manager told me to come back the next day as he couldn’t refund me over $30.” I wasn’t asking for all the money back just what we couldn’t eat. So I came back the next day to speak to Nesto and he seemed irritated by me and the inconvenience as he blamed his staff for not knowing what I was requesting the first day. He said he would speak with his staff to not let it happen again. Read moreI originally ordered for delivery through the bk app. My order was processed at 8:44 the driver through door dash arrived at 9:15 to pick up the food. Bless that driver for sitting at the Burger King from 9:15-9:55 where they then canceled my order. So I was like well what the heck. I didn’t want to drag out my kids that late but decided to drive out to try and order figuring maybe it was a system issue. I was the only one in line at that point. I went to reorder the delivery order and the person at the window read back a completely different order. I proceeded to go back and forth with this person about 5 times before telling them to scratch this order because they either where doing it on purpose in order not to do there job or they are truly incompetent in listening even when I give a order slowly item by item.
