Wouldn’t recommend at all. My family usually orders from Harry & David. Thought we would try Honeybaked ham. Placed an order with them. Called & let them know I would be there to pick order up late. Lady said ok. Went to pick up. They then Said my order was sold and didn’t have anymore left. So went home very unhappy at this point. Was using the ham for our Christmas dinner. Got home trying to figure out what we were going to do. Decided to give them another try so we called asked if they had any kind of ham left. Said they had bone in kind so we ask if we could order two and come pick it up she said it is first come first serve. Which I feel like they should have put one back for us anyway since we ordered one and they sold our order. But that wasn’t the deal breaker the dealbreaker was how absolutely rude and disgusting the customer service was. Being a business owner myself. The staff was so helpful, friendly and professional. We was not certain how much we was gonna spend…..the staff was very patient with us. We feel they went above and beyond with the service we received 11- 19-2023. We came from out of state for this purchase. We will definitely will share this wonderful experience with family and friends. We usually go to Indianapolis, Indiana for our purchases, but this particular store was much closer. Shout out to the owner, manager and staff….keep up the good work. The price of the food matches the quality of the food. When we have family gatherings several hams and several turkey breast dishes are a must. Their sides are amazing. Treat yourself and I promise...

They don t know what they re talking about. I went in to place an order and several of the employees there told me if I placed an order I would have to take the food with me right then and there. When I went back the next night I was told there was no ham left but watched a man pick up his order that had already been paid for and was given a lecture by one of there employees about how not to wait till the last minute. I asked where there was another store and was told Cedarville when it fact that was a lie. Found another store nearby hit everything I needed and was in and out in no time. Never going back to...
