Read moreMy first time ever getting white castle that was not from the freezer section. (1.)The food over priced I got 8 sliders, 4 of the regular & 4 bbq bacon that was over $13. (2.) I waited in the "white box" (they asked me to pull forward) for over 10 minutes, I checked the time my receipt was printed. I dialed the number on the receipt to complain, while I was listening to the recording the back door opened and they came out with the COLD food. (3) checked my order and half of it was missing, 4 whole sliders missing!! (4) Had to drive around and go inside. (5) walked up to the counter, was acknowledged by no one!! I can see that you see me! (6) a gentleman standing next to a young lady both making sliders gives out "is there something wrong with their order" I responded with "yes! There is something wrong with my order". Placing the order was simple and convenient, and when I arrived, everything was ready in a timely manner. The service stood out to me more than anything—everyone I interacted with was polite, quick, and seemed genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of, which is always appreciated.
The only downside to my visit was that they were unable to provide me with the medium milkshake I had ordered. It’s something I was really looking forward to, so at first I was a little disappointed. However, the way the staff handled the situation made a big difference. Instead of just brushing it off, they immediately took the initiative to write me a coupon so I could come back and get the milkshake on my next visit. That thoughtful gesture completely changed my impression of the situation and showed me they truly care about customer satisfaction.
