Today being November 21st the time is 8:25. I've been sitting here since 7:40. Waiting for my food. Please be advised I paid my money with my credit card. Proceeded to pull up to the window asked for my chicken tenders. The young lady told me we don't have those right now it'll be 6 minutes I said okay. So I pulled over I've been sitting here for 45 minutes. I've been calling no one's answer I've been calling no one's answering. Finally someone picks up she tells me come into the store. But I'm not dressed at all that's why I went through the drive-thru I ran out of my house real briefly I don't even have shoes on I have house slippers with no socks. Therefore I'm not doing that. In which I informed her. Waited waited waited. Called back she then says oh my Lobby is closed. And you going to have to come around through the drive-thru again. Poor lack of communication, poor customer service skills. I had my friend call from three different phone numbers to the store which doesn't close until 10:00 p.m. back to back no one answered the phone. Now at this point attitudes are being exchanged from the young lady because she feels like she's pushing me off and it's a breach in my trust in how she's making the food. At this point as we all fear that if you give someone a problem behind the grill they could spit in your food or do whatever. Now I just want to refund but I can't even get that because it was based on the card and she's giving me all kinds of negative attitude. At this time her Lobby is locked and she informs me. Tells me to go around through the drive-through there's seven cars lined up I've been waiting almost close to an hour for a takeout drive-thru order quick fast food that's not fast. So now I'm pulling around to go talk to this young lady. In hopes of getting a refund the time now is 8:29. Ridiculous. I just want to say if the young lady doesn't want to work she should stay home. If the young lady can't handle the jobs need to tell her boss she needs to hire some more people to help her. Because obviously she was overwhelmed and she became very very irate and rude and a breach of all of our trust. If she's making the food concerning our health. It's a quality of life issue. Who knows what she's doing there's no cameras behind it. And she's dictating everything by telling us no come into the lobby what is the purpose of driving through. It's not like that she did everything wrong which you should have done was picked up the phone and called management and say I need help or delegated to work differently. What are they teaching these kids nowadays. Go work at Honda and see what happens. Go work in construction and see what happens you will be fired. Today ordered hot wings and the skin on the wings was crumbling apart and the meat was old and dry. We didn’t drive back to kfc yesterday but today I wasn’t going to waste my money. I drove over there and the staff was rude. The manager however was okay and I opted for a refund. I’ve heard about the staff and the manager being rude to customers but I hadn’t experienced it until today. When I walked in after a few minutes some older lady finally acknowledged that I was there and asked me with a serious attitude what’s wrong with it. So I matched her energy and opened the box and picked up the trash that they decided to serve. She turned and looked at the manager who asked me if I wanted more hot wings and it would be 10 min. No ma’am I want a refund. I will be contacting corporate because it seems that the kfc in trotwood needs some serious customer service training. Read moreWent to this location yesterday to get some lunch. Pulled into the drive-through and was not only the only car in line but was the only customer at the location. First tried to get a chicken sandwich meal but was told if I did it would be 15-20 minute wait or if I didn't want to wait I could order something else. I chose to order chicken tenders instead. After paying I was asked to pull around to the parking lot and someone would bring me my food. While we were parked we saw another car pull in, order food, pull around and someone brought out their food, but still not ours. After a 25 minute wait went inside where a very rude older gentleman behind the counter proceeds to tell me they didn't have any chicken cooked and sometimes you have to wait for it to cook. I get you have to cook it but having nothing prepped at lunchtime on a Saturday? If I know I had to wait 25 minutes I would have just waited for my first food choice.
