Having previously managed at another Taco Bell I am disgusted that this location is allowed to continue operating. Every time I have visited they have told me they were out of some product required to make my items. Their Speed of Service is non existent. And its not hard to understand why as the employees are sitting on the front counter in their phones. The manager has ear buds in listening to music. And You can hardly call her a manager as she is absolutely rude and disrespectful whenever you offer a complaint. Trash is all over the kitchen floor. Stuffer/ the one putting the lettuce and etc on food is handling money with gloves on without washing hands to return. No manager walks are being dine because outside looks unacceptable. I literally watched a Mexican pizza fall on the line rails inky for them to scoop the ingredients up and put back on. I have waited in the drive thru more than 15 minutes before. U have been told at the speaker it will be 15 minutes before they can even begin to take my order due to shift change. Manager told me the other day after I complained about them telling me they didn't have rice that it's because they are having a hard time getting people to come into work. I'd looked over my order on the screen briefly and once I pulled up, I realized she may not have changed my standard tacos to Doritos lo tacos. I ask the young lady at the window, just to make sure.
