Taco Bell — Restaurant in Trotwood

Having previously managed at another Taco Bell I am disgusted that this location is allowed to continue operating. Every time I have visited they have told me they were out of some product required to make my items. Their Speed of Service is non existent. And its not hard to understand why as the employees are sitting on the front counter in their phones. The manager has ear buds in listening to music. And You can hardly call her a manager as she is absolutely rude and disrespectful whenever you offer a complaint. Trash is all over the kitchen floor. Stuffer/ the one putting the lettuce and etc on food is handling money with gloves on without washing hands to return. No manager walks are being dine because outside looks unacceptable. I literally watched a Mexican pizza fall on the line rails inky for them to scoop the ingredients up and put back on. I have waited in the drive thru more than 15 minutes before. U have been told at the speaker it will be 15 minutes before they can even begin to take my order due to shift change. Manager told me the other day after I complained about them telling me they didn't have rice that it's because they are having a hard time getting people to come into work. well this the worst taco bell in dayton i pull up to order i look at the sign ,i ask the lady where is the dollar menu she said the bottom there on the left i ordered #4 breakfast burritos the nice girl offered 3 diff kinds i said 2 bacon 2 sausage your total $ 5.63 ahh no i ordered 4 break burritos it saids 1 dollar value menu manager chims in now and saids that menu has expired about a year ago they are $1.29 plus tax all so it seems a lot of other stuff is all so has the wrong prices i said noo you get $4.00 manger said no. i drove off NOW GET THIS ALL THE OTHER STORES ARE A DOLLAR THIS MENU IS RIGHT! Just left this store. I go here all the time & order the same 2-3 things. For some reason, there was an issue today. I'd looked over my order on the screen briefly and once I pulled up, I realized she may not have changed my standard tacos to Doritos lo tacos. I ask the young lady at the window, just to make sure. She said no, she must've missed that. She takes it back to have it fixed. A woman, presumably the manager, comes to the window & asks "So what's the problem? " I explained that I'd asked that the tacos in the meal I ordered be switched to DLT's. She then asks if I was asking for plain & DLT's. I said no at which time she seemed irritated. She then said, "Well you asked for them to plain, now you want them switched back? I was on the headset. I heard you. " I said if you were on the headset, then you heard me asked that they be switched to DLT's. They already come plain. ' She walks off passed. The young lady brings back the bag. I get home, only to find that I guess this lady decided she was gonna fix me by putting a ton of toppings on the shell & the smallest amount of meat🙄.
