Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Gresham

This location is disgusting and the service is horrible! I used a coupon for a shake for $1 another buy one get one for $5 bucks BBQ bacon beef burger and a free chocolate cake with the purchase of another item. In addition I added a large curly fry, 6 orders of the $1.29 tocos for two in totally 12 tocos. I also orded another shake at regular price with no coupon. Now before hand my fiancé asked to make sure if we could use all three coupons together first they said no then said hold on I will ask my manager so the lady did and it was fine to use them. We get through our order but first have to argue with the lady at the drive threw on how many $1.29 tocos we wanted. We wanted 6 orders that's 12 all together. She kept arguing 2 plus 2 is 4!!!! We kept telling her no not 2! We want 12! Finally she talks to the manager and fixes it. Everything is fine so we thought. The coupons worked great but then the service was even worse. The other worker may it be a man or female I'm not sure was extremely rude!!! The outside of our cup shakes we're all wet and sticky from the shake it was a mess! They also gave us large straws for small cups not a big deal but really!? Then we get our order and try to get my receipt but the man/female slammed the window doors in my fiancées face as he was trying to ask for the receipt. Finally he gets it and we drive off. We park and all food is there so we thought. We get home I have no chocolate cake! And two missing tocos. Also the BBQ bacon beef burgers he ordered are chicken!!! Seriously! So then I call them and ask to speak with the manager they tell me the manager is busy they can take a message. No I want to speak to the manager now they tell me they are not there that they will be in tomorrow morning. Whatever I'm mad and tired I will call tomorrow but take my message. they say ok come we fix it tonight no I'm tired and have work in the morning ok so tomorrow? Yes tomorrow is fine. After the call I go back to eating my tocos and find hair! Yes hair! Short very black curly hair!! At that point I was furious! I called them again and no answer I called five more times it just kept ringing then I block my number by *67 and first call No answer second call they answered 6 seconds later said nothing and hung up!!! Mind you a bit back in this rant very beginning the lady at the drive through had to talk to the manager first about the coupons second about the damn tocos and then later told me when I called that the manager was busy so I had to leave a message then when I refused they said the manager was not there!!! I did not catch this when I was talking to her on the phone until later when I was laying down for bed!!! Seriously the manager is that pathetic or is the worker just a horrible lair!!! Oh And I also forgot to mention the male or female that was rude at the window was not in uniform not to mention I swear they were high off their ass and it was not weed! they were wearing regular clothes no hair net and no hat! No name tag nothing but they were wearing a gold necklace and rings. Big health code violations! I'm sure behind the window there must be loads more violations! I will never go back except to get my full refund!!! Every time I go there I hate it and I only go because it's 24 hours and the other one is closed!! These workers and especially the manager should...

I can't speak for other locations, but this location is falling apart. I came here starving between work and heading to college to study for my finals with little time to spare. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the chicken nugget meal with curly fries. To start half the menu doesn't exist, the screen is just white with no drinks and limited menu items to choose from, leaving me scrambling to choose a soda because because I didnt know what the other options were. I ignored this. But then, when they handed me my food, I checked my order to make sure everything was there and raced to school. When I got to school, I opened the box of my chicken nuggets, and there was a pool of grease with a handful of the smallest nuggets I've ever seen. I also tried to ignore this due to the fact that I'm overworked, exhausted, and starving. I bite into one of the nuggets, and it is the most disgusting chicken nuggets I've ever had. The breading is soft with no crisp to it whatsoever, may as well have been boiled chicken nuggets, there was a slimy layer between the breading and the chicken that was very unappealing, and the flavor of the chicken was inedible. The fries were fine, the soda was ok, and the service was good. But overall, the place needs a lot of love. I dislike giving anywhere a bad review. If you look at all the other reviews I have done, you will see that most of them are very nice reviews, but this was just unexcusable. I do not recommend this...

So I normally don't have an issue with this location. This last visit was awful. I'm never going to this location again. They got our order wrong. Multiple times we repeated ourselves approximately 8 times and she just rushed us and messed it up. I understand being busy but you should focus on quality of customer service and train better. They only had a few cars and nobody was behind us. If you can't understand then ask another employee to take over. Food didn't taste good this time either super super greasy. Definitely not happy with the manager that didn't try to fix the situation. She talked over me and said well we can't help you. I'm willing to pay what I was supposed to to get the order I wanted.
