Went in to upgrade my phone and had a great experience… until my bill was received. I was over charged on everything! To my surprise I was somehow signed up for a protection program for every device I own now costing me about $50 a month, my plan was converted to a lower grade plan which then caused all my “extras” such as Disney plus and other programs to start changing me, my trade in credits never got applied to my bill and many, many, many, MANY, more problems started occurring from there. It’s now been 9 months and I am still dealing with Verizon to get the mistakes this store made fixed. To make matters worse, Verizon says that because this is not an actual Verizon store, they are an authorized retailer, they can’t make the changes that are needed to fix all these problems. They tell me to contact that store directly, but in the half a dozen times I’ve called and left messages, NO one has the time to return my calls. I called and asked for the rep by name, and no call back. I called and just talked to the person answering the phone and they told me I had to talk to the rep that helped me, but again no call back. Why has it taken so long to get this resolved? Because their right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand and they will only call you back if it benefits them, and if they make money off it, if it doesn’t, then good luck! Don’t waste your time here and go to an actual Verizon store so you don’t get duped like I did. By the way, this is an edited review, my first one was a raving review about how great this place was, but as time has passed, and I am still fighting these battles to get it resolved, I decided to update it to reflect what has transpired since.
Second update: Because of my negative review, my feedback was finally heard. I was put in touch with someone that was able to sort everything out and refund me for the additional charges that I did not authorize. I am happy with the final outcome, but will not shop or purchase anything from this...
Read moreCame in today to try and combine me and husbands accounts. We walked in and were not greeted (understandably one sales associate was helping another woman with an urgent matter, while the other was staring at her computer screen with a new customer) the other who wasn’t on the phone just looked at me and husband and said nothing. We waited around 40 minutes, was never spoken too not even to ask why we came in. When my husband politely asked how long it would be. The sales associate he spoke to put her hand up and very rudely/flippantly said another 10-15 minutes. Needless to say we left unhelped. I’d rather drive an additional 30 minutes than be ignored and then after 45 minutes spoken to rudely.
I’ve worked customer service, I get it’s not the best job but kind, prompt service is part of your job. Hopefully they don’t work...

My busy schedule only permitted me to arrive a half hour before the posted closing time that evening at the Troutdale location which seemed closed already when i walked in the door and was turned away because apparently they don't share the same valuable work ethic as they had the phones all put away and told us "there wasn't time" (for customer service? Hmm🤔) but Thomas was able fulfill all of our needs even staying late after the scheduled closing time to ensure we were happy after the upgrading process. Capping a revenue of over $3000👏 give this man an award, raise and promotion Verizon, you got a good one there. Highly recommended go...
