Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Troutdale

If you really want Pizza Hut, try a different location. I tried getting a large cheese pizza from here, and left after 50+ minutes of waiting with no pizza.

This next part is for the owner/franchisee, no need to read unless you are curious about what happened.

I ordered my one large cheese pizza online and the site said it would be ready at 4:21pm. I showed up at 4:24 and talked to the first person. The screen said my order was ready, but when I asked the person, they didn't seem to know what was going on and said they would ask someone. I stepped aside and a new customer walked up. The second person walked up and started conversing with the first guy. He mentioned that he didn't know where the pizza was and that he must have missed the order. Lying to the new customer he thought was me, he told them it should be ready in a minute. The new customer pointed to me, and he realized he was standing next to me when he noticed he lost/forgot my order. He then had to come clean and tell me he didn't know where my pizza was, but, he would get it in the oven now. As I found a seat in the small litter strewn lobby, I noticed I was 1 of 6 people sitting there, all of us looking annoyed. We all traded "war stories" about what excuse we got and how long until 'the pizza is ready'." After 20 minutes, I asked if there was any progress, to which the second guy said yeah. The entire time no one was moving to resolve the issues all of us were facing. Clearly this place was understaffed, at minimum. At this point I started ordering pizza from Papa Murphys. I should have in the first place but I hadn't had Pizza Hut in years, because of a screw up like this last time. I waited 5 more minutes, but there was no new progress on a single large cheese pizza. I yelled to the guy(who was just standing there drumming the counter with pizza thongs) to cancel my order and hit the order button for Papa Murphys. I called the next day and today as well trying to get a manager so I could confirm that my order was cancelled. I was hung up...

I order my pizza on line at 7:00 p.m (Pizza Hut 257th, Troutdale Branch). I got there at 7:15 and saw my name and it shows 7:26 should be ready. Staff are very disorganized and a guy who is in the back kitchen was so loud and keep on laughing and just goofing around instead of helping out to get the customer's orders. People are lining up and waiting also for their pizza. Customers pizza is ready but they cannot find their orders. It was chaotic in the back kitchen and the whole staff are just talking and laughing and didn't care if people are watching all of them.Customers were starting to get irritated because they have been waiting for so long as well. It’s already 7:50 and my order still not cooking so I just cancelled my order. Additional to that, the guy ( with pink hair)who is prepping the pizza touches the floor with his both hands and didn't even bother to wash his hands. He went back prepping the pizza and continued laughing and was really loud. Not sure who is the Manager that time but the lady who’s helping out at the front desk says she doesn't work to that branch and she is just helping out. I will definitely file a complaint to the headquarters. I will no longer order Pizza Hut to that branch( 257th, Troutdale Oregon. The kitchen is so gross and the counter is so messy. So...

We had not had Pizza Hut pizza for a number of years and thought we’d try this location and order to pickup on our way home. The order process was fine. We arrived to pickup and there was an ADA parking space available which we use due my husbands injuries. We noticed there was a car parked in the no parking area next to the ADA parking which made a tight squeeze for us, but my husband could exit through his door. The car illegally parked had a Pizza Hut delivery sign on top. As we waited a bit for our pizza, a lady appeared by our window cussing at us for parking too close to her. She continued to yell at us and flipped us off. We pointed to the ADA sign where we were parked and she just flipped us off again. She opened her door against our car continuing to yell and flip us off. My husband spoke to the manager and reported what happened. She was very nice and very apologetic. Pizza was good, the manager was great, but we had a very unpleasant experience with a rude and inconsiderate Pizza Hut employee. We will post the...
