Lil' Funky Donuts — Restaurant in Troutdale

We came around 5:30 and got 3 dozen donuts. Service is fine, but donuts aren’t fresh at this time of day so they didn’t have any crispness and almost felt kind of soggy. The flavors were good, good icing, other than the fruity pebbles, which were almost kind of gummy and soft because they had been sitting in the icing, and I think they would be good if they fried them fresh to order or even within the last couple hours, but it seemed like maybe they fry a big batch in the mornings and sell them all day. Stopped by here for a 3 pack of mini donuts during my recent visit to the Troutdale Station Food Carts. I ordered Ube, Mango, and Pineapple. They all had good flavor, but were extremely overwhelmingly sweet. The icing could not have been more sugary. I love sweet, but this was almost too sweet even for me. Cute little donut shop on the inside if the building. Lots of variety, the donuts change but there are some that are always available. The donuts are small so you can try a variety of different ones.
