I placed a delivery order and asked them to please cut my pizza in squares and they said they would so I waited until my food was delivered to my house and went to eat some pizza and found out that they didn't cut it right called the place back to talk with a manager and they wouldn't answer the phone so I kept calling so then they started answering the phone and Hanging up with out saying anything at all I work to hard for my money to just keep letting it go so I called one of the other stores because all of them are owned by the same person to try and get this resolved like I told the man I was on the phone with if you're company doesn't want to do what the Customer ask you to do then instead of saying yes we will do that to saying no we will not do what you are asking us to do before you place an order with your company and I would have order from somewhere else that is willing to Accommodate their customers not after you place an order and pay for it and receive your order to find out that it's not how you asked for it when you go to eat it period and the sad part is there food is really good but this location just doesn't care what you ask for they do it how they want to but not the ones paying for it crazy and I will never order from this location again because this is not the first time that they have done this reoccurring problem with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI thought I knew disappointment, and then I ordered Gionino's. My first (and last) order was just recently for three subs and two 2-liters of soda. We asked what size their subs are and was told 12 inches. They were actually about 8 inches, but put in foam clamshells that flare out to make them look like they are bigger. If their accuracy at measuring is that bad, I feel very sorry for their wives and girlfriends. Those foam clamshells were an unnecessary waste as the subs were already wrapped in foil. The pictures of the subs in their menu were way more loaded than what we actually received. Two of the subs each had about 2 inches of empty bread at the end. The other sub had lettuce with black and brown spots! When delivered, the driver almost left without giving us our drinks. One of the bottles was the wrong drink.
Giving them 2 stars since the delivery time was reasonable and the food was at least still warm. You'd think with a new customer a business would put it's best foot forward. If that was their best, I'm not going back to see...

But when I called a lady told me that after it got made it never got put in the delivery bag so it just sat there. She told me It takes 15 minutes to make...so for 45 minutes it sat there getting cold. She never once apologized. They were just going to send out the cold one. I had to ask her to remake it. She didnt offer to cover the cost since we have now had to wait over an hour. She said they were busy which I completely understand even tho she said there were delivery guys waiting around to take out orders..but I work in customer service, when your company makes a mistake you do everything you can to make it right for the customer.
