I use to work at an arbys in my youth and I can tell you this one clearly doesn’t care for quality of their food. I usually order mozzarella cheese sticks from Arbys. I’ve come here three times since it’s the closest to my house but I usually will drive down to the one on Mound because they always make my food fresh. The first time I came here a couple months ago I ordered a 6 piece and I can tell that the Mozzarella cheese they gave me were sitting out for awhile and I had to throw them away because they became stale. I called to let them know that they gave me stale cheese sticks and if they could please replace it. They said they would so I came back the next day and the people who were working at the cashier argued with me about it saying that they never got my call nor would they replace my food so I had to show her my phone with the transaction of the purchase and eventually they remade fresh ones for me. That happened a couple months ago so I decided to give them one more try today but They gave me Mozzarella Cheese Sticks that they obvious reheated and put back in the frier after they have been sitting out for awhile. Read moreVery disappointed I arrived at the drive-thru at 10/26/2017 at 6:41 p.m. an ordered 1 Classic Roast Beef for $3.29 a large jalapeno popper for $4.49 And1 Classic Roast Beef combo for $6.19 the total comes up to $14.81 what tax and everything so I gave $100 to cashier Samantha she gave me $65 back okay so let's just say she made a mistake but why does the receipt say that I only handed her a $20 bill the receipt have should have said that I handed her $100 but the receipt only shows that I gave her $20 and the change only says $5.19 back what's is going on here the correct change have been $85.19 and on the receipt and don't even shows that I gave her $100 so I went back to the Arby's restaurant and told them that they have shorted me $20 and they did not believe me they told me that $65 is the correct change which $85.19 should be the correct change if anybody else had have this problem please let me know oh and one more thing the large jalapeno popper was a small but I paid for a large I think they should get better after that and do their jobs a little better they should have not short-changed their customers how can you make a...
Read moreThis is literally the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to! Arbys is Arbys: you either like the food or you don't. Wally is what sets this Arbys apart from every other fast food restaurant I've been to, including the ones I've worked at. Wally (Waleed) has been working here for many years. He is the kindest, most attentive worker. I watched Wally come out into the lobby, help an elderly women with her trash, refilled her drink, offered to help her to the door, and then took time to check on all of us, talked with us all for a few minutes. When we left, he waved out the window to us while we were driving away! Wally makes our dining experience feel like eating with family. He is absolutely wonderful at his job. We will continue to come back to this location on Thursdays and Fridays, between 11am-2pm when Wally is working, just for the above-and-beyond customer service from Wally.
