today i had an issue with my order, i always order no veggies on my grinder, based on preference. i came in and waited for the front counter worker to finish a text so she could take my order… great start lol. i specified that when placing my order by stating “just meat cheese and mayo, so no lettuce or tomato” (word for word) about 10 minutes go by, and when i recieve my order its wrong. i tell another woman helping one of the customers, and she heads back to fix it up for me. the woman i was originally placed my order with to then comes up and just blatantly tells me that im wrong and i didnt say no lettuce or tomato. i told her exactly what i had said and she continued to argue with me, telling me im wrong, i shouldve said something before, whatever, just being argumentative. id had enough i just wanted my sandwhich, i knew the other woman was cooking it already and this woman was choosing to give me a hard time to avoid blame. i told her im not going to argue with her over MY order just because she wasnt listening. each time ive interacted with this woman she has been extremely rude and borderline disrespectful, whether over the phone or in person. its unfortunate that this is what the company is presenting. ive been going here for years and ive never had an issue with the owner or anyone else. extremely disappointed with my experience...
Read moreGrinders are good, my husband and I eat there at least once a week. However, the past visit we ordered our sandwiches and one of them was wrong. They forgot my cheese so he put some on the old one and reheated it again which made it dry. The owner was rude about remaking it and I saw him touching the lettuce on the sandwich with his hands twice WITHOUT GLOVES. I called him out on it to another employee and he didn’t like it so I wanted a brand new sandwich. The owner was touching money from other customers and then touching the food. After getting the new sandwich the owner kept starring me down several times while he counted down the register. He should have made a new sandwich from the beginning which is why when I went up there to wait he said he will bring it because he didn’t want me to see that he was just going to reheat the same sandwich. The cashier that took my order was very rude to myself as well as the group of mothers that I was with ,as well as locked us in a hour before closing stating that because we had such a large order that they did not have time to do any other orders. Then to top things off after wait 10 plus minutes she informed me and my group of friends that they did not have the personal children pizza we ordered. And when I asked for a substitute pizza she told me no that would take to long. Wow!!! I have worked in customer service for 10 years as a supervisor and I have never been treated so poorly.
