Panda Express — Restaurant in Troy

Went through the drive through today 5/14/21 at around 12:20 and was unfortunately stuck behind an older woman who was giving one of the workers a hard time. When I pulled up behind the car giving the order I overheard the customer speak slowly and loudly at the worker (as if she were a child hard of hearing). When the worker asked her not to speak to her that way she said nothing until she got to the window- in which she kept on trying to justify her actions by saying she was “only speaking louder” and giving the workers a very bad attitude while continuing to speak louder at them. She should’ve apologized! Instead she kept acting as if she were a victim. The workers handled her poor attitude towards them very well!!. This local woman should be ashamed at how she acted. Y’all do not get paid enough to handle people like her. Will continue to get your delicious food from here! Never had any issues with the workers and never really had a long wait - crazy how that works when you speak to people...

Don't like being lied to. Not eating carbs so I ordered "super greens" as my side. The nice lady behind the counter tried to persuade me to get he noodles or rice, as the greens bowl was currently empty. I told that I'd wait for the greens. She said it's take a really really long time to cook. I said I'd wait. She hemmed and hawed then went to the person cooking and whispered something to them. She finally came back and said they were out of the greens and that I needed to pick something else. So here I sit with a plate full of carbs that I can't eat and still payed for because of my momentary lapse of thought, it didn’t occur to me to just switch to Ala cart. The rest of the food was good though. Just didn't like being lied to about them not wanting to cook more. It's not even close to...

I pulled thru the driveway on feb 22nd at approx 7:15pm. Window down I hear the drive thru attendant tell the person in front of me they are out of soy sauce. I attempted to order a plate of super greens and two different chicken entrees. She said super greens would take 15 min to cook and they were out of kung pau chicken. So I made it two of the other chicken (forget the name). Then I order a bigger plate with super greens and 2 black angus steak, beef broccoli. Of course they were out of beef n broccoli and only had one angus steak. I told her that if they don’t have food or too lazy to cook then they need to close their doors. Because there was almost 2 hours til closing time. Absolutely horrible experience. Similar situation last time I visited. I WILL NEVER GO...
