Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

One of the worst restaurants I've been to. The first thing I noticed at the pick up window is that the employees did not wear gloves or masks, did not tie back long hair, and picked up bread bites with their hands to transfer to the box! Tongs were hanging in front of them unused. I waited at the pick up window for 30 minutes. Within that time, three different people took our order name. The first never returned after I gave the name, the second looked at a screen and said it would be another 10 minutes, and the third told me the app was incorrect when it said my pizza was ready without checking at all. When I was finally given my pizza, I was dismayed to realize it was the box I'd noticed sitting on the shelf since I'd arrived (when it was the only box on the shelf). All three employees neglected to read the label on the box that'd been sitting there for...

I never get my order. I love this Dominos, but something has to change.

The first time I waited an hour and a half for my order I chalked it up to COVID and the inability to staff for delivery. After time and time of not receiving my order or my order being “on review” on the app more than hour passed delivery, I think the establishment should reconsider the amount of orders taken in and their ability to fulfill the orders timely. Tonight I called twice, once told it was out for delivery and the second that my order was waiting to be delivered. Both times I talked to two separate people answering phones and then the manager. Why not use those staff members to deliver and/or shut down the ordering until the available drivers are able to catch up? Something has to give if they want...

My wife called and ordered 5 pizzas for delivery for some kids following their basketball game this morning. She paid for the pizzas and included a tip for the driver. They contacted us to let us know that we would need to pick the pizzas up because they could not deliver.

No problem. After the game was over, I drove over to pick up the pizzas. They had decided not to make them. When I asked why they made this decision, the person at the register said it was because they were not sure if we were going to pick them up or not. We had already paid for the pizzas.

He asked me if I still wanted them to make the pizzas. Yes, there are children and parents waiting to eat.

No apologies were made. No refund was offered.

Absolutely never ordering...
