They have THE BEST donuts as a company, but this specific establishment is garbage. The employees are very rarely friendly or helpful and truthfully I don't know that a single one of them have ever been taught how to make any of their coffees. With them currently being the only drive thru coffee in this town, I've tried multiple times to get a decent cup from there but each time they have let me down tremendously. Every single time. I order simple, on the menu things and never make adjustments on milks or cream, sugar, etc. My last attempt I ordered a hot coffee, receipt said hot, and yet they gave me a freezing cold coffee and then when I went inside to get another, they offered (with so much attitude) to just heat it up for me instead 🤢 I give up on two alabamas funkin donuts. Wow, so gross! 7am inside the store and already a gross mess. Sat my phone down on the counter and it got stuck to the counter. Big glob of....caramel maybe?... every surface in the store was covered in random substances. Merchandise displays covered in dust bunnys. Floor is sticky. After bringing the mess to the attention of the staff, the lady helping me continued to sit my items down in the mess.

So, not as big a deal, but I did come here for a dozen donuts and a dozen bagels for work, and I find it very odd that at 7am they only had 4 bagels available.

This is my first visit to this store, and unfortunately will be my last. If cleanliness is such a low priority on the customer side, I can't imagine what it's like in places...

I ordered on the app and picked up in the drive-thru. I'm allergic to dairy. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk and a sausage and egg croissant, no cheese. I confirmed with the woman at the window that there was no cheese and that they used oat milk as requested. I got home (live 20min away so couldn't drive back into town) and found that the croissant had cheese (tossed it) and as I started drinking the coffee, I had an allergic reaction that required Benadryl, lactase, and an epi to get under control. No one is answering the phone, voicemail is full, tried customer service on the app and they only wanted to give me 250 points and couldn't get a real person online to help me.
