I purchased a tuna foot long sandwich which was a total of $16.00 when the sandwich was wrap the sandwich was not tape close so when I got into my brand new truck and took the sandwich out it fell out of the unclose paper.When I went back into the restaurant I was given no apology, no let me get you something to clean it out Nothing. The manager i guess that who she was that was talking on the phone saw I was back inside got off the phone and didn't come over to say anything and the employee who appeared to be in training kept telling me to wait a minute after I explained and showed him how the sandwich was not properly wrapped. Finally,I ask could I have some time of towel to clean it out of my truck she told the employee to put water on the towel to give to me. Read moreI have always had a good experience ordering food from this location. However after today, im a bit sick of what was given to me. The food was fine. I always order napkins to be included. When the driver arrived, he personally handed me 2 napkins before handing me the bag containing the sandwich and my drink. While i was signing for the order, he was sniffling. That was a sign of either he was sick or had allergies. Either way, this was completely unsanitary. In all previous orders, the napkins had been included IN THE BAG!
