I can't understand why they do not display the breakfast menu during breakfast - how am I supposed to know what's available to order? The voice at the drive through is often difficult to understand, not because of the electronics, but their poor enunciation skills. Seldom do they provide napkins or straws with drive through orders. Seriously, how do you drink & drive without a straw? Also, the exterior of the cups are usually covered and dripping in the flavor of soda you ordered - I remember the days when they would wipe the exterior of the cup clean before handing it to you. The average age of employees is around 15 & they clearly lack the most rudimentary skills expected for customer service work. It used to be top-notch location, but I don't bother with them now. The management is either blind & deaf, or completely oblivious as to how a restaurant should operate and indifferent to the expectations...
Read moreService is way below service standards, even for McDonald's. I pulled up and after placing my order, it was at least 5 minutes before I could get to the first window to pay. There appeared to be an issue with another customer at the pick-up window. Instead of having them pull forward, they just stalled the flow and everyone was waiting. After waiting for an extended amount of time, i then still ended up with the wrong order after the girl at the window asked me what I had ordered. When my food finally was brought out to me, I had to pull forward, the little girl bringing it could only take a half step at a time due to the fact that as soon as she stepped outside of the door, her phone was in her hand and so was her attention. Read moreI recently had to travel back to my home town due to my mom being hospitalized. I stopped in at this McDonalds just to get a quick bite. I tried using my debit card but the machine would not accept my card. funds were in the account but was a malfunction with their reader. After several attempts by myself and employees, a nice gentleman by the name of Brandon came up and tried as well. He finally asked the girl how much my purchase was and pulled the money out of his pocket and paid for my purchase because I did not have any cash at the time. I want to thank him with all my heart. Such an thoughtful gesture and was so kind.....made my day and I know that God will bless him for that. Thank you again Brandon. I will def be stopping at this McDonalds again. Be proud of...
