I'm not here to complain about the product itself because it's pretty good. The customer service at this location was total garbage!!!! The 2 ladies at the location in the AM on Nov 24th 2017 were unprofessional with lack of morning smiles. They were lazy and looked like they didn't want to be there. The older lady might of been the manager, if that's the case she need extensi e training on how to handle customers. I came in with an email for a free Bday sandwich and she didn't like it one bit. It was like pulling teeth to get it....

As a result of a transaction this morning at this location my husband has stated he is never buying another Honeybaked Ham. The staff had lied to him on a previous visit about a quarter ham being available today and how we did not have to reserve one. Guess what! Not available today. And won't be available before Christmas. Congratulations on the upsale. You just lost a customer. In addition, they took the coupon for a quarter ham instead of the half ham he ended up buying. Went to pre order a ham and was told that we didn't need to do that. What that is nuts to me.. It is Easter weekend and I need to make sure that I have a ham. They taold me to come though the week and pick it up. I work till 6:00 and can't get there. They didn't care if I had a ham for my family or not! I would say go to the Honeybaked ham in Trotwood.. Those people are great and will help you out...
