What a bunch of morally bankrupt business. I ordered over $40 worth of food at about 5:45 PM. At about 7:40 I phoned to inquire about my delivery order. The woman told me they didn't have a driver and said I probably placed my order with another restaurant. I gave her the address of the restaurant which was her address. She said they did not have the order. I hung up and checked with my credit card company which did have the business identified as Asian Cottage on West Market Street. I called her back and she said I had made a mistake and she hung up.on.me. At 10:13 there was a soft knock on.my door but when I answered there was no one there but a bag of food was there......cold food. Spring rolls cold and mushy. cold won ton soup with one won ton. Cold rice......Cold and mushy battered chicken. OVer fried and now cold and mushy fried won ton and some sort of sauce that was not the coconut sauce we ordered. Of course my three guests and myself had ordered pizza and had dessert What they delivered was not fit for consumption. These money hungry vendors could have easily contacted me as they obviously had my phone number as they had the order. Who pas over fourth bucks for cold garbage. And why would they think once they told me I had made a mistake and called the wrong restaurant that we would want the cold garbage after four hours. I have filed a dispute with my credit...
Read moreWe get take out pretty regularly here. As I'm not Chinese, I wouldn't know if it's authentic Chinese food, but to my American palate it is very good Chinese food! Let me explain why I gave 5 stars.
Orders are ALWAYS correctly filled, ready on time, and the food is fresh. No questionable meats here. Chicken looks & tastes like chicken, has the correct texture, and it is fresh. Vegetables are crisp & good. Sauces are delicious. They add cutlery upon request. Everything is thoughtfully packaged to go. They use top quality containers, & the bag is reinforced with cardboard pieces, so no tip-overs or leaks!
Portions are enough for two meals, & the food is just as good when reheated.
They have online ordering that is very convenient, easy to use, & there is an option to ask for customizations on each dish (I almost always ask them to add extra veggies). You can pay in advance online OR pay at time of pickup.
Favorites are: Orange chicken, Szechuan chicken, Singapore noodles, crab rangoon. I find myself wishing they'd add a pineapple Singapore noodles and/or fried rice to the menu (with pineapple, green onion and cashews added). As it is, I do that with my leftover Singapore noodles & it is amazing!!

Read moreGenerally good food but the wait times can be horrible! Last visit in had to wait about 1 hr 20 min to get my order. They need more help in the kitchen, especially on busy nights! Food was ok, but due to rushing through all their orders, was not as expected. Many times they run out of specific items to make certain dishes. Krogers is right there, but too busy to send someone to get more to keep full menu available.
Update 3/16/19 Had a great experience tonight. Called ahead and was told 20 minutes. Got there, paid, and waited about 5 minutes for them to finish putting order together. Total time about 27 minutes. Food was hot...
