Arby's — Restaurant in Truro Township

My husband and I go there when I want a traditional gyro. I like their traditional gyros as much as anyone else's. However, it used to be $3.79 for just the sandwich and now it is $4.19. A 40 cent jump! Ouch! Anyway, I get my gyro without the red onions, but with everything else (lettuce, tomato and the Greek sauce). Delicious! My husband gets the 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich. I'm not sure if that has gone up in price. I usually get a small Jamocha shake, but this time I tried their Mint Chocolate shake with chopped up Andes Mints on it (small size). It was ok. I thought it would be more minty and was disappointed that it wasn't. I will stick with the Jamocha shake next time. My husband got a small chocolate shake. We dined in. There was no wait at the register (we were there about 4 PM on a Saturday) and the dining area was practically empty. The cashier who took our order was nice. Our order total though was over $20. Pretty pricey for twero sandwiches and two small shakes! However, that particular Arby's has never gotten our order wrong - dine in...

This food is horrible. I will never come back to this Arby’s. I will take my business to the better Arby’s on broad street. I just purchased a medium roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce on it and I didn’t get cheese I got some other sauce. Then I brought it back because I asked for cheddar sauce. Now mind you the receipt said cheddar sauce and the sticker on top even said cheddar sauce. When I got another one it got the same sauce on it. Which I do not like. And this time the meat was hard and seems like it’s old. So now I am at Wendy’s near them in line now paying for food again. The reason I am not going to broad street now is because I just got off work and want to go home. I will never go back to that Arby’s again. I will always go to the one on Broad Street from now on. This location is down the street from my work, so I am here at least once a week getting food for myself and 3-4 colleagues . Out of 100+ visits to this Arby's in the last 2 1/2 years, they made my order right MAYBE 10 times. It seems every time something is either missing or wrong. Today's visit was the last straw. Two of the 6 sandwiches I ordered are missing! And now that they are drive-thru only (can't go inside and ask for missing food), and my half-hour lunch is almost over (no time to sit in the drive thru the 2nd time around) I have no food and I am furious. I will never go back to this Arby's, and if you like to be able to eat the food that you ordered and paid for, you should stay away from...
