Long story short: Go in. Don't have it delivered. I'm so bummed to be writing a bad review. I like Jimmy Johns. And this location is great if you go in and order. I've never had a bad experience that way, but 2 of my last 3 delivery orders have been bad. A few months ago, I ordered and my food was several minutes late, but that's at least a little understandable. When my food was finally delivered, the bag, my cup, and my sandwich in the bag all smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I honestly couldn't eat the food. Then today I ordered for a delivery time of 12:00. I called at 12:10 because my order tracker hadn't been updated to show it out for delivery. I spoke with someone on the phone that was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. He said that they had 4 large catering orders this morning and they were all late and they were just too hectic today. I asked for an ETA of my order and he said "honestly...... uhhhh.... I don't have one for you, but trust me... it will get there. We'll deliver it." So I hung up. I called back 35 minutes later and a lady answered and said they were on their way with it. And here I am at the end of my lunch break, an hour after it was supposed to be delivered just now...

Have eaten here once before, seemed short staffed but food was normal quality. Went back today and only had 2 folks making sandwiches/taking orders at the busiest part of the day. The 2 seemed to have a disagreement about an order and one them slammed a knife on the cutting counter in frustration. Not sure how that played out as I immediately walked out and went to Panera down the road. Might be a while before going back to attempt again... Update I've been back twice since the above review with no issues. I went there today today due to the last 2 visits being good. However, the same lady mentioned above was working the assembly line, everything seemed fine until she started coughing as she was finishing my sandwiches up, there was no effort in covering her mouth at all just kept coughing all over the top of my sandwiches. This completely grossed me out. I had already paid for the sandwiches and a line was already backed up and I didn't have tine to request a refund. Needless to say I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has let me down 50 percent of my visits. Love these sandwiches, but not sure if I will try again. I trashed the sandwiches outside the door and opted to go...
