I normally don’t post bad experiences but sometimes companies need to know that it’s bad so it can be corrected. I got to Chipotle after leaving church rehearsal around 10pm to order a bowl. They have the sides behind us and in front of us. So we can clearly see they have corn salsa available but it’s only available if we order online. So the gentleman in front of me asked for it & was told it’s for online customers only. I asked & the guy behind me asked as well. The guy in front of me wanted it so bad that he stopped and ordered his food online to get the same corn salsa that we were looking at. Then, to add annoyance on top of it, the young lady serving my food was annoyed that we were asking about the corn salsa, so she didn’t pay attention to me stating that I wanted my sour cream on the side. So she put it on top. I live 20 minutes away so I like it on the side. I started to cancel the whole order but instead kept my food because I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. I was calm with the young lady & paused, took a deep breath & calmly finished my order. I told her that the policy wasn’t her fault but it’s a bad policy to have. Instead of deprive customers that are in front of you of corn salsa, make enough for both paying customers in front of you and those online. It’s very bad customer service. Treat people how you’d want to be treated. Pic of sides behind the counter for takeout guests that we can see, since we didn’t order online.

Last week Sunday, January 22nd, my family and I visited this location. My husband went in to purchase our meals and checked out at 3:14PM. Once we arrived home, my children sat in our dining room to eat their chicken burrito bowls. A few minutes later, my daughter came upstairs to my room. She held out a black piece of plastic (photographed), complaining that it was in her food and had cut the side of her tongue. After checking on her, I immediately called the Chipotle restaurant; however, I only received a robotic voice message. I opted to write a letter to Chipotle's customer service. Their matter of resolve was to refund our food. We never received a written apology or an explanation as to what happened. I'm not even sure if the staff at this particular location was made aware of what occurred last Sunday. It angers me to know that this could have ended much worse. I purposely included the time of our visit because someone at this restaurant needs to be held accountable. Once it was evident to the worker that a tool/whatever was broken, he/she should have put on gloves to meticulously search the food that was nearby. Our family has, obviously, decided that we're done supporting this restaurant. If you decide to eat here, please carefully search your food first!!!

I recently ordered from the Chipotle in Tucker, Georgia (via Uber Eats) and unfortunately had one of the most disturbing dining experiences I’ve ever had. While eating my meal, I discovered fingernails in my food. This was not only disgusting but also traumatizing, as they ended up in my mouth before I realized what they were. I immediately lost trust in the quality and safety of Chipotle’s food. I reached out through their website and customer service, but the response so far has been slow and generic. While Uber Eats refunded me for just one item, I feel my entire order—and the distress caused—deserves acknowledgment and full compensation. Food safety should always be a top priority, and I hope Chipotle takes this matter seriously and reviews their practices at this location. No customer should have to go through something like this.

THIS LOCATION NEED TO CLOSE I want everyone to just stop going to this location and take the extra time to go to the Chipotle at NorthLake, Emory, or dare I say, Toco Hills. Maybe even try Gusto's instead of this mess.

I could tell you about all the OTHER times I've had terrible experiences at the specific location but I'll tell you about the one today (April 16, 2025): Today, my family of three considered two other places to eat before we SETTLED for this NASTY Chipotle. Out of convenience, we go through the line ordering. I KINDLY ask for double steak because I actually have the points to credit the 'double protein' and the young man helping me gives me TWO TINY HALF SPOONS of steak. When I asked for more, he looks at me as if I have 3 eyes and adds another tiny half serving.

BUT THIS IS NOTHING NEW OF THIS LOCATION. They always run out of food around 7PM (y'all, they close at..10PM) and out of laziness or lack of preparation don't prep more, so they get real small with the portions. LIKE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

As we're making our way down the bar, we notice the corner top is DISGUSTING and nothing is fresh. EVERYTHING looks like it's at the end and needs to be refilled. Mind you, this is a bit of a rush hour time so everyone is getting their dinner and there's many families/couples in the line.

My family behind me, again, KINDLY asked for fresh ingredients. The sour cream had red streaks in it from the other salsas falling into the container. I didn't even inquire about the sour cream this time because I have a tomato allergy and I just had a feeling my request for a clean sour cream would be met with rebellion. AND MAN WAS IT. The guy aggressively slaps the spoon in the container and snatches it out the holder. LIKE BRUH...C'MON

After that aggression, we all looked at each other and realized we don't have to put on with WHATEVER these employees have going on and decided we will no longer be dining or purchasing from this terrible location. There's more Chiptole locations and we'll take our money, community, and support elsewhere. It's too much going on in the world to be treated like trash at a place we're PAYING to eat at. Between these rude teens/young adults at the front stations and the quality of food,...

Came up here on my lunch break to pick up an order I placed before I arrived. Upon walking to the counter to pickup order, the two young ladies standing there were engaged in conversation and watching a video on a phone, instead of acknowledging me the two young ladies finished watching the video. The young lady behind the cash register then looked up and said name for the to go order? I told her and she handed me the bag with my name on it. When I reached home and checked my bag, I had received pork instead of my sofritas bowl. There was also a different name on the container versus the bag. So I reluctantly got back in my car to head back to the restaurant to correct this, now late back to work. Upon arriving again, I joined the line to ask to speak with a manager. When it was my turn, I asked the young lady who was getting ready to serve me if she could go get the manager. I watched as she walked to the back and around the corner, after a few seconds I see her trying to convince the manager who is actually the lady that served me the wrong order and was also watching the video on coworkers phone instead of addressing me. As the young lady tried to get her to come out you could see her rolling her eyes all the way to the back of her head.I kept my composure as she walked up and asked what I needed assistance with. I asked her if she was the same young lady that handed the bag to me, she tried to play dumb and responded it might’ve been. Whatever customer service training you all are providing needs to be revisited with her immediately. This situation could have had a different outcome if she was back there paying attention instead of watching videos and providing subpar...

This had to be one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. After going down the line to order my food I was met with a cashier who was practically clueless to what she was doing. She overcharged me for extra guacamole & required help from another worker. I then realized after leaving that she still charged me an extra 2 dollars. I tried calling the restaurant several times to rectify the situation but no one answered the phone. However, when I arrived back to the restaurant there were approx 5-6 workers standing available with no one in line so they had every opportunity to answer the phone. I tell them about the situation & the "manager" Yarisbeydi says we'll refund you for the chips that I didn't ask for in the first place. No apologies about the mix up. Then the cashier who made not one but two mistakes tells me to "throw the chips in the trash". I told her I would keep themespecially if they were going waste food like that. Then I proceed to walk out. The "manager" Yarisbeydi then yells across the restaurant we are going to recharge your card for the chips. They were pressed about 2 dollar chips just to prove a point. I then threw the chips away. However, in hindsight I should continued to walk out & let them dare to charge my card. Not only did they make 2 mistakes they also showed zero customer service skills. There was no courtesy offered & they made it appear to be my fault. Yarisbeydi has no business being a manager nor the cashier in working there. VERY POOR customer service skills. I highly advise everyone not to visit this location....
