Simply Said: Five Stars Spectacular!!! We went to Dockside Cafe for a late Saturday morning breakfast and it was an amazingly tasty treat for us. The food was prepared with a great deal of care and was uniquely delicious. The "Benedict Arnold" eggs Benedict and "Captain Morgan" omelet were both made with a most enjoyable personal flare, giving them their own homemade taste including amazing breakfast potatoes, flavorful sausage, perfectly cooked eggs and served with chilled fresh fruit on the side. The hot corn muffin was AMAZING! Really, it was one of the best ever I've eaten. The location is a wonderful waterfront area where we watched boats and wildlife come and go. Service was very good; fast, friendly, and attentive. We were asked several times if we need anything and also to check on our meal. Simply said: The Dockside Cafe in Tuckerton, NJ is a WINNER! The food was spectacular, the service was great, and the overall experience was most enjoyable. Five stars, A+, and...

great little spot on the water, visited for the first time for lunch today around 130. food was ok, burgers, BLT and quiche were enjoyed. order of buffalo chicken tenders was awful, definitely not made in house, buffalo sauce non-existent. very greasy though. order of kids mac and cheese was boxed Kraft. order of a fried flounder sandwich came without a bun or toppings. employees very nice and friendly though took a long time to get to us initially. food took about 30 mins to come out and we waited for multiple items. no condiments on the table, which I can understand if no one is sitting there, they should have been brought when we put our order in, had to grab salt and pepper from another table.

the men's bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned, maybe someone can put the toilet paper in the holder instead of leaving it on top of the toilet....

My parents used to live walking distance from this wonderful eatery, but since moved, and boy did I miss it! My brother, son, and I spent the morning in Bass River and decided to stop in for lunch. The weather is perfect, and what better place to eat outside right on the bay. Our server was super personable and on top of things. The food was delicious. Definitely in my all time top five crock of French onion soups. The crabcake was basically pure lump crabmeat and no filler. But best of my, my son unexpectedly lost his upper front tooth -- it hadn't even been wiggly, and he was traumatized! At least three staff members checked in on him, and the bartender even gave him a special Shirley Temple! Once he calmed down, it made his day. Our server got us a little coleslaw cup for the tooth so we wouldn't lose it. What...

Local spot on the water, you can drive or boat up. Outside bar hours, entertainment. I went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. Got the steak and eggs. $24. Good portion steak, but ordered medium and received it overcooked almost well. Taste was just plain steak. Added A1 steak sauce and it was doable. Had scrambled eggs with it and it came with fries. Nothing amazing about that. They serve breakfast all day but not lunch etc. My friend got the churro waffle which she liked and commented the whipped cream tasted homemade. Place was busy, looks like alot of regulars. I will go back but not do the steak. They also had freshly made cakes and pies. Check Facebook for outdoor music schedule.

FOOD All day breakfast, great salads and sandwiches. Bar drinks available as well. Today, a Reuben, burger, BLT, and fish & chips for the table. All were very good. The Reuben is my go to and always toasted perfectly. As an aside, arguably the best fries around. SERVICE We're regulars, so are always made to feel at home. Server was excellent as most are. Always smiling. Food Server, young kid, happy and very polite. ATMOSPHERE Indoor and outdoor seating available. We sat by the Tuckerton Creek for nice ambience and to enjoy the beautiful day out. Thanks Gina, Danny, and staff for always doing such a great job!
