Arby's — Restaurant in Tucson

I just went through the drive through at 12:05 on 9/14/23. Younger lady with black and blonde hair in a messy bun working the drive through. Last time I saw her, on a separate visit, I could visibly see her call other employees over to look and laugh at me at the window. No idea why, I'm nothing but respectful when ordering the food. I say please and thank you while ordering. Today, she sees me and turns to start talking to other employees. After about 2 minutes, she opened the window, says absolutely nothing and reaches her hand out. I hand her my card and then she intentionally blocks the window by standing with her back to it. She then gives me the food and the card, again saying absolutely nothing with a smug smile. This behavior is extremely off putting. The only thing I can assume is that she is judging me on my appearance (white guy with a mustache). I am terrified to eat my food because I believe this little brat told the other employees to screw with it. She should not be in customer service. Both sandwiches (classic chickens) were ice cold. I will be taking my money elsewhere in the future. Slice and ice is right next door and the food is better quality and cheaper. I will also be warning all colleagues against going there as we work right...

I went through the drive threw at 8:50pm and ordered jalapeño poppers, a medium Curley fries and a large beef and cheddar meal. I then asked for arbys sauce for the meal(I like to use it for my fries and sandwich. I was rudely told by the employee that they could only give me two. I then responded can I purchase some more as I like to use arbys sauce with my fries. I was told no we don’t sell arbys sauce with an attitude. On top of that it was hard to understand the employee while I was ordering. After the way I was rudely spoken to I waited in line for about 10 min behind 1 person in line and decided to go to a different place for dinner. I don’t usually leave reviews and have never had such a bad experience at an arbys. I have eaten at this arbys about 10-15 times, this was my last. Date this occurred...

I ordered a bbq brisket sandwich and it was almost as flat as a pancake. If you look at the picture of all the sandwiches on posters in the Arby's store are definitely not what you get. Every fast food store does this bait and switch bull. I'm going to make sure this doesn't happen to people and myself because it's a complete RIP Off. It's not the staff's fault, it's the marketing. Arby's corporation and all fast food store corporations are responsible for ripping customers off. Unbelievable. This has been going on for years and years. Us customers just take their bull.
