Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Tucson

I ordered 4 bagels and 1 iced coffee from this location using Door Dash. After receiving my order I noticed one of the bagels was missing. Called location they apologized for the in convince and told me that they could either refund my money or make me the other bagel I would just have to pick it up and bring my receipt. I told them that I would be in shortly to pick up the bagel and thanked them for their help. It wasn’t until I arrived to pick up the forgotten item that the manager became rude and started treating me like I was an idiot. She kept claiming that on their receipt that I had only ordered 3 bagels and that I was only charged for three and that my receipt was only for $26.25 (exactly what I paid Door Dash not including their tax and fees). I tried to show her my Door Dash receipt (which again she told me to bring) and she continued to insist that I only paid for 3 of the sandwiches not 4 “but she would give me the other sandwich”. She then tried to tell me that I ordered from a different location after seeing MY work address that the food was delivered to at the top of my receipt(even though they had my receipt that they kept saying was wrong). Needless to say none of this would have been a big deal until she became rude and condescending and if she would have looked at their OWN receipt she would have noticed that my “one” Turkey sandwich apparently cost $13.96 and NOT $6.98 as advertised. I will not be ordering from this location again. No complaints...

As a regular visitor to Bruegger's Bagels (river location) over the past two months, I felt compelled to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I consistently receive, particularly from two remarkable team members: Saleh and Benjamin.

From my very first visit, it became clear that Saleh and Benjamin are not just employees; they truly enjoy their jobs. Their infectious smiles and warm greetings create an inviting atmosphere that makes each visit feel special. No matter how busy the shop gets, they always take the time to engage with customers.

Saleh's attention to detail is commendable. Whether it's ensuring my bagel is perfectly toasted, he goes above and beyond to enhance my experience. His positivity and enthusiasm are truly contagious!

Benjamin, on the other hand, brings a unique flair to the team. His friendly banter and genuine interest in getting to know customers create a welcoming environment that keeps me coming back day after day. It's not just about the delicious bagels; it's the personal touch that makes all the difference.

Went in for a bagel sandwich. Only one of the employees had a mask on while 100 people died of covid in my state yesterday, if they're counting correctly. It was crowded/busy. I hadn't been there before so not really any kind of expectations except it would be like Einsteins. First of all they only have peppered bacon. I don't like black pepper so I would have to go without bacon and have my second choice, ham. Not that big of a deal except I'm sure many others dont like black pepper either. Kind of strange for a breakfast place. Then she took out the bagel and it was literally the smallest bagel I have ever seen. I was hungry so I decided to cancel my order and went to Einsteins where I should have gone in the first place.
