Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tucson

I am giving a bad score ONLY because the last time I was there which was 2 weeks ago on a Friday night about 6/6:30 and we ordered and waited behind a car for 20 minutes if not longer n when we finally got to the window the girl who helped us ( drive thru) we paid her n we had ordered w shakes n 1 large drink well we sat there for a good 15 minutes n finally we got her attention she opened the drive thru window n asked if we could get our drink, and she says we're making them now, well ok I can understand that but our large coke is already done n when we said can we get the large coke at least, n she says oh yeah u ordered a large drink to so she shuts the window rather than handing us our drink n walks back over to the front talking to her co worker n the dining area was closed that day cause we were going to eat inside but the gentleman that was outside he works there had said the lobby is closed so that's when we went thru the drive thru, so she ignored us n was not doing nothing but standing there so instead of her giving us out order when it was ready to go, she had 1 of the guys who was standing there hand it to us, So finally when we have our order the food was not fresh, ( btw we were waiting for 40 minutes in the drive thru till we had our order) the fries were old and the large drink was watered down n the shakes were all melted!?! So why did it take so long to give us our order?? If she would of given us our drinks the drink would of been fine, but apparently she had better things to do than do her job. I'm sorry but we always went to this particular Jack in the box because the first time we went there the service was fast, the food was fresh and the workers were very polite. This place was filthy from the floor up. Tables sticky, food on table and on seats. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Soda dispenser super dirty. Counter tops were disgusting. I literally did not want to touch anything nonetheless eat at one of the tables. Counters were extremely dirty. This cannot be from one day of not cleaning. They haven't cleaned in who knows how long. Soda stains, grease stains everywhere. Gross 😝 Was very unsanitary. I wonder how the kitchen is. The food was cold. I could go on and on. At one point I let one of the employees know my shoes were sticking to the floor and she said oh no, and the bosses are in the back room! I couldn't believe the manager or who knows the owner might have been there and the restaurant was in this condition. What does that say he doesn't do a walk thru to see if everything is in order!? I just can't believe a restaurant could be open in these condition nonetheless with the higher ups present. Wow! I went to jack in the box and I asked to use the bathroom and I was told that someone was in there I was setting next to the bathroom and there was no one in the bathroom I watch 1 of the workers look at the bathroom and I asked again and I was told that the bathroom wasn't clean so I went outside and told my boyfriend at the time and the manger is who I asked both times and the manager he came outside less than 5 minutes and my boyfriend at the time ask the same guy is there any way my girlfriend can use the bathroom and he said yes and I said that is 1 magic trick the bathroom got cleared up and I saw no one go inside of the bathroom and I knew that the manger was not being honest. So why would he lie to me? It really bother me because i go around there parking lot and pick up the trash and put it in the trash.
