I love being able to be back at the Casa bar! After returning Jessi explained the rules to us which we were eager to comply with. Basically you choose your beverage and they will assign you a sanitized table and you stay put! If you need to move around you need to have your mask on. Easy peasy. They all take this job seriously and you can see them constantly cleaning when they aren't pouring beers. Even other friends I have spoken to have said they only leave the house for very few places and Casa is one of them! I completely agree. Unfortunately I have witnessed customers that have gone in with total disregard for the new rules in place and get very offended when asked to follow them. The staff does not deserve to be treated rudely ever but especially when this is completely out of their control! On this particular incident, Jessi took it in stride and was stern but friendly when enforcing the new routine. She and the rest of the staff make this a place I continue to enjoy and feel safe...

There just isn't a place like Casa. In Tucson, in this country, in the world. A Blockbuster and a bar in one. I remember first moving to Tucson and hearing that they had a rental video store. Taps upon taps, and it includes wine taps if you’re not into beer 🍺 there’s also a bottle shop—refrigerators off to the side with canned and bottled beers to try. Movies play on the TVs while you meet and/or drink, and drown out any of the loud conversations that may be occurring (mostly my conversations, but whatever 😅). It’s an awesome place to meet up, and usually there’s a food truck outside, to sober you up.
