I'm coming back to this place, for sure! I've been in Tucson for several months, and a lot of times, I would pass by this building thinking it was a spot to sell insurance or get a deal on a new vehicle. Because I was always in a car blasting music, I never bothered to read the title of the building beyond, "Graze." It wasn't until my partner invited me to have lunch here, and we parked in their lot that I realized, "Wow...is this REALLY a burger joint?!" All of the great food and service inside is hidden by the bland appearance on the exterior. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I would've NEVER come here for food, because it just doesn't look like a food spot. I can see a lot of potential customers turning away from here under the assumption that this establishment didn't sell food, especially those in Tucson who don't speak English as their primary language. As someone who was uncertain about this place, 'Graze Premium Burgers' is a hidden gem! Their service was quick and pleasant, and I really was fond of the female employee who took our order. She asked us about our day, and we got in a mini conversation about Parent's Weekend at UoA. Made me feel like I was wanted there, and not just a number they tried to rush out as soon as possible. I ordered a Single Graze Burger with optional toppings, including: grilled onions, lettuce, & tomato. I asked for ketchup & mayo as well, but condiments were offered next to the drink fountain. There are several condiments you can add to your burger, fries, etc. like Curry Ketchup, Honey Mustard, & Sweet Chili Sauce. I had a drink with my lemonade, and it was good, but not great. It just passed the bar for being an actual lemonade, and not water with lemon flavoring. The burger & fries though? If we lived in a cartoon, my eyes would've changed into hearts for how much I LOVED their food! The burger was fresh & juicy, and the fries crispy & not too salty. I was tempted to order it again, but refused for the sake of my cholesterol. Every few bites, I had to lock eyes with my partner and say, "This is so good..." to which he agreed in equal amazement. One of the best feelings in this world is to go to a place you had doubts about, and be gobsmacked by the wonderful quality of their food. I recommend everyone come here to have a bite. I just hope that someday they revamp their building design. A bolder look with pictures of their food at the front would do wonders for sales.

I’ve been coming here a couple of years and just realized the name “Graze” with the grass symbol is a bit misleading. This entire time I thought their burgers were grass-fed but it’s only grass fed if you ask for it and pay extra. A cow grazing literally means they’re out in the open and consuming grass. Why would you name it graze with a grass symbol if your burgers aren’t grass fed? The burgers are pretty good. I only enjoy the single burgers. The double burgers are way too greasy. I could taste and feel nothing but grease in my mouth. It’s hard for me to finish because it starts to gross me out. I stick with the single burgers even though it’s not as fulfilling. I think it could use a bit more seasoning and flavor but it’s still enjoyable. It’s not too heavy on my stomach like other places, The service is usually good but yesterday (5/13) I placed a pick up order and when I walked in to pick up my order - the two girls at the cashier looked annoyed because me walking in I guess interrupted their conversation. They looked more annoyed when I asked to place another order because I forgot to add a fry. When handing me my food, they didn’t say anything. I walked out, and they immediately resumed their conversation.. i felt like a bother as a customer. I also got some of their ranch and it tasted expired (spoiled) I’m not sure if I would continue coming here. It’s not the same as it use to be.

One of the best burger places in Tucson! Quality is the word I’d use to describe Graze. Their burgers are packed with great flavor, the fries are delicious, and they offer a wide variety of toppings to customize your burger. The sauces for the fries are also fantastic! During my last few visits, the burgers were served quickly and came with excellent service. And the milkshakes—especially the strawberry milkshake, are one of the best I have ever tried. The only downsides are that they don’t serve Coke or Pepsi products, they have an alternative soda brand that isn’t quite as good. However, it makes sense given that they source their ingredients organically. They also use paper straws, which don’t hold up well over time and can affect the drink experience. Aside from these small details, Graze is a great spot for burgers and one of my favorites in Tucson!

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years but there's a manager here named Mario and every time I get anything on his shift it seems to be a problematic experience for me. The first time I was told it would be a 40 minute wait on a Tuesday night for a burger and fries that I was calling ahead for. Tonight I went in to pick up my order and was given a tiny little sad container of tater tots half full. So then I asked for fries and then Mario gave me an attitude about it but then gave me cold fries....thanks so much. The dining room was an utter disaster. The Mexican cola was out of syrup. There are no napkins available for people and you have to always ask for them instead of having them available which is ludicrous in a place that charges a premium price for premium burgers and fries. Maybe find a different way to cut costs than hiding your napkins in your dining room. The countertops were a mess. When I tried to say something to Mario he basically smirked and started laughing like it was funny and at that point you really just can tell he doesn't care and it's so sad because it's a great burger company and it's a great chain and I really love the food but I don't know I can keep going to this location until they get better...
