Chuy's Mesquite Broiler — Restaurant in Tucson

Since I moved here last year August of 2018, I have been dying to go to this place. I finally made it there September 20th at 4:30 pm. I was so excited to eat here but was very extremely and utterly disappointed. My boyfriend and I walked in and we're greeted why the way to tell us to find a place to sit they gave us to menus and let us pick our own booth there were two bartenders working the place was pretty full and every single person there had a drink in their hand. My boyfriend and I do not drink alcohol. We picked a booth and sat down it being our first time there nobody told us that there was free chips and salsa in the corner so we had to figure that out on herself we waited maybe 15 to 20 minutes in a dirty booth that seem like it could break in half at any moment and the girls never came to get our drink order we ate a couple of stale chips with unevenly cut salsa that extremely needed Salt. And got up and walked out. I don't recommend anybody going there unless you're going to sit at the bar. Because that's the only place you'll get service. We visited the 22nd and Kolb location today and we’re extremely disappointed. We’ve been going to Chuy’s for a while and always had a good experience, but something had changed. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and two meals and beverages ( non alcoholic). We waited for a while for our food to be brought to our table. Someone who acted Lina manager was checking some of the tables to see if everything was fine. He never checked on us. I suspect it was because we weren’t drinking alcoholic beverages. I walked up to the counter to inquire why we had no been served our appetizer that we ordered, bu no one acknowledged my presence.After a few minutes, someone came out of the kitchen area with our appetizer and both meals. Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t an appetizer usually get served before the main meal? Poor, service, one of the orders was not prepared as ordered, and you pay ahead of time and you have to select a tip percentage before you get your food or tip based on service. We will not be patronizing this...

We went today to get a few beers and some food. Our waitress was completely rude, not friendly and very unprofessional. I asked her for a Michelada as I was watching her make it she poured the beer in a pitcher and then added the ingredients and shaked it afterwards. First off you don't ever shake a Michelada it will make the beer go completely flat!! I used to bartend and I can tell you that it was completely wrong on how to make a drink. I told her nicely that she was making it different than normal she then got extremely defensive. The other waitress there was very nice and checked on us frequently. The tri tip nachos were delicious but because of the other bartender we will not be returning. She made our visit very uncomfortable after that. I even told her i would pay for the beer.
