The rolls were hot and freshly made. Had to wait a bit for them to be done, which wasn't completely unexpected considering they are new in town and the place was packed. My only critique was the oven was empty when they should have been popping in a new batch as soon as the baked ones were coming out. This would have helped speed things along and keep us all from being packed in as we waited.

Because the rolls were so freshly made, the toppings essentially melted off and to the side. They looked pretty for 2.2 seconds after they were made. They were good but really nothing that special. I can get bigger and better at a few local restaurants but for a chain cinnamon roll they weren't bad. Plus, the rolls can be customized, so if you are looking for something other than a plain cinnamon roll, then this is the place to go. I also picked up a cinnadoodle. This was salty and tasteless. I don't recommend it. Maybe they should throw some carmel in and at least try marketing it as a salted carmel cookie? Or leave as is and just call it a salted cinnamon snickerdoodle. Seriously, it was that salty.

I'll warn you, they are pricey. For just a plain roll with cream cheese icing it was $6. I could have saved myself a quarter going old school and getting the vanilla frosting instead. For just shy of $25 I got 3 rolls and a cookie.

The staff was super polite and all had the biggest smiles even though you could just tell they were stressed.

I won't be going back anytime soon but when I feel like having a gimmicky roll I'll...

The product is fine, delicious, even. The service is SO SLOW. There’s only one register and the employees aren’t at all interested in expediting anything. I am writing this while in line. I’ve been in line for over fifteen minutes. There have been two people in front of me. I’ll still be waiting long after I finish this review.

Edit: I’m still here. I’d leave, but I already ordered and paid about five minutes after I finished the above paragraph.

This place is going to go out of business and it’s going to 100% be management’s fault. These kids haven’t been trained in customer service, organization, or time management, and they need at least enough bodies on the floor to have a dedicated register person. I’ve been waiting for another ten minutes and the family behind me hasn’t even been able...

These are delicious! The cream cheese frosting and Mashmallow frosting were fantastic and abundant. The service was very good, educting us when we looked confused at all the options. I rated this 4.5 because of the price being so high for an average size. Also, if you plan to dig in right there, bring your own silverware, as the cheap plastic fork and knife just bend. We ended up with sticky fingers (which isn't all bad). It would have been a higher selling point if they had offered samples of frostings. Wouldn't you like to try "cake batter" frosting? We wanted to eat ours right there as they come warm and who can resist! Two cinnamon rolls with frosting and two toppings...

If you’re even mildly into cinnamon rolls, do yourself a favor get to this place. It is pure magic, wrapped in warm cinnamon and topped with a variety of frostings. When you walk in, you are hit with an intoxicating smell. They do not skimp on the cinnamon. I tried the basic roll with cream cheese frosting, the apple cinnamon, the very berry, and the churro Biscoff. Apple cinnamon and very berry were top notch. Skip the Biscoff. Its not worth the extra $4 cost. You cannot go wrong with the Old Skool, either. Staff were super friendly and quick to offer recommendations. 5/5. Highly addictive.
