Worst restaurant and management ever possible. I have been more than kind and generous with them, only to be told that I was like a sex offender in return (which I’m not, that I’m able to back up with doctors records). I offered to share all this information with them in order to clear my name but they were least interested and the owner didn’t want me to fill out this section so he could get away with this act. I had gone last time to share some parting white flowers. I had access to their entire restaurant but I didn’t engage with any female employee at all, even though two of them came in my way. I am not a sex offender and don’t take direction from a female (as the manager wrongly claimed). I left the building on my own, with a flower pot after putting the flowers on the counter. My intention was to leave after that but they came to escort me from outside the restaurant and to the car when this was not necessary at all, as I was already leaving. The forcibly took pictures of me and my car without my permission. I managed to save myself and leave, all the while 911 was on the line. I am just a nice, kind and sweet gentlemen who bodes well for all. They are truly the worst for all that they have done to me. What is happening to this place. Pulled up to the drive through window. Ordered a shouted beef burrito with bell pepper. Onion, tomato, the guy said which one and I repeated it. And he said the one with egg. That's the only one we have and I said no, you have the bell pepper. The Onion and tomato and it is the third one down on the menu and he got irritated and said come to the window. This guy opens up and I said did you get the right one?And he acted like he didn't understand english but nodded to me and handed me a receipt. He opened the window and said is everything OK.In english. I said since when do we have to put a tip on the receipt?When did that start to happen. Then he looked at me grabbed the receipt and acted like he didn't know english and laughed at me. Didn't answer me handed me the burritos.As he shook his head and shut the window door. I drove away and shot got home.Tasted the burrito.It is nothing like it used to be the onions or like hard sticks.And it's dried out what's going on. He was rude and is probably ruining the business. Family or not.They need to get rid of him. Won't be going back for alarm wow and hopefully when I do...

Filiberto's, today you lost a customer. I have come here about once a week for several months now and have generally enjoyed my experience. Today, however, was my last time.

I got off work today and stopped to pick up lunch for myself and my girlfriend who missed lunch for a meeting. I pulled up to the drive through and nobody answered. I was about to pull out and leave, but someone stepped outside for a break to ask if I had been served... No big deal.

I ordered 2 carnitas burritos. When I got my bag, I left to visit my girlfriend for lunch. When I got there I found two cold to lukewarm burritos. The meat inside was crusty just like when something sits in the fridge overnight without a lid. Even worse was that we each got huge chunks of partially cooked gristle. Gross... just gross. They both got thrown away.

So, today I went to get lunch and got cold, crusty, old, fatty, gross carnitas burritos. I have to say, I am disappointed, and I am done.

Ill stop at Grant and Craycroft for lunch...
