Del Taco — Restaurant in Tucson

Went yesterday 7-29-19 at 5:05pm and ordered 5 Beyond Meat Avocado Tacos and Two Macho Frys. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Not only did the manager not take my order appropriately via Drive Thru, I had to get out of the line and go inside. When I got in, 2 of the team members were scratching each other’s back and playing in one another’s ponytails that they totally messed up my food. All of my tacos had lettuce on the outside of the shells with beyond meat smeared outside of each of them. All of the avocado on all 5 of the tacos were disgustingly brown. Two of the shells were broken and the grease for the fry’s clearly needs changed because it tasted like old grease. I called back and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so that I could get my $18.00 refunded. I submitted a claim online and have yet to be contacted by a manager or GM. It’s drug addicts all inside and outside and it’s very unsanitary to say the least. I would never go here again.. it’s disappointing that this is the only location in Tucson because I tried Del Taco in Phoenix and never once experienced this. Please don’t waste your time going there. I believe the manager told the girl in Spanish to make my food sloppy and thrown together after I confronted her about messing up my order in the drive thru.. she cut me off while I was repeating my order and said “I got it, I can hear you” very rudely and disgusting just to not have my order when I pulled up. Edited to add I've noticed that for each negative review, someone at Del Taco requests that the customer contact them on the website. I've already done that.......twice in fact. It was your lack of contact that prompted me to leave the review. I first contacted you via your website on June 28th...confirmation 28706368. The auto reply said "We are reviewing the information and you can expect a response within 24-72 hours." By July 5 I had not heard back, so I went back to your website and contacted you a second time ...confirmation 28747692. And here we are July 23 and no response at all from you.*

Poor customer service and disgusting food. Went through the drive-thru for a quick order on Friday June 28th in the late afternoon . Ordered a Birria meal, a fish taco, and nachos with no jalapenos. When I arrived home, I had two cold chicken tacos, a cold ground beef taco, cold fries, and nachos with no beans and covered in jalapenos. This place was so convenient to me since I got off the Greyhound and was waiting for my daughter to pick me up. I travelled from Los Angeles to visit and it’s too early for negativity. This place was convenient but now even if I’m hungry next time when I visit my daughter I will NOT visit your establishment because I don’t need Nayeli to rub off on my food when she has an attitude. I bought two green chile bean and cheese burritos and 3 hard tacos. Nayelli was very serious taking my order and then when I asked for more sauce she grunted, shook her head and looked down handed them to me with an attitude.
