I've been to this bin store a few times now, so I can see what's going on on Fridays. There's a couple that I think are friends with the employees, or they are employees themselves. One guy with long blonde hair with glasses and a woman with gray hair with highlights go to Fridays. The woman is the one that I've been seeing working sometimes at the cashier area as helping charge the customers. I understand by this that she's also an employee. But when the store opens, they are not at the front desk or the cashier's desk. I saw them Friday (I was early, making the line) when they arrived around 20 or 15 minutes before 10:00 am, and they both started talking with some people in the front of the line, but like "Hey! how's everything going? ..." They kept talking to them, so suddenly they were now in front of the line, although they arrived late. So.... what I'm saying is that they do not make the line, they just say hi to someone that already knows them, and they sneaked into the line. Once they enter (this is like the third time this store brings lots of Lego sets, which is nice), they run to the part where the Lego sets are and they take all of the big sets. So why is this important? The few times that they drop Legos on the tables, this couple is the one that doesn't do the line, one of them is an employee, and they take most of the Lego sets and pay and then start helping on the cashier, which is odd. Because of this experience I think I'm not gonna be going back. Why? Because it seems that you need to have connections to take the good stuff, or to be an employee, as I'm seeing her helping at the cashier. It's like the fifth time that I go, and I'm excited to take one Lego set, and suddenly, TWO times they have taken the tuxedo Lego cat. Like.... why do you need TWO tuxedo cat legos? Past month Friday, they grabbed one, and this past Friday, they grabbed the other one. I would probably be happier if someone who makes the line with us took them. But if it's an employee or a past employee, because I don't know them and they took the good stuff always .... what's the purpose of arriving early and standing in the line then? They were not early ... they just arrived and waved to someone in the front, and they jumped right into the line ...
I'm probably not coming back, but please, put cameras or something to watch the things that happen in the store. It is not fair for the other people who are early doing a FAIR line and also looking to grab the good stuff from the store. Watch out also for the people who, after they paid their things, start helping at the front desk, or if they are employees, why are they standing in the line? I think they are supposed to have two employees, who BTW they are nice people, but...
Read moreWho are you kidding? None of these stores will you ever find that awesome deal. The same resellers that go to all of the bins stores run these places. I have seen them helping in the back many times. Don't get me started about who is there helping on the day they are closed. Yep them. The one guy with the blonde hair and pony tail and the lady with him. I assume his wife. They are rude always push there way to the front. They used to be inside before they opened putting things out and would have a cart for themselves. I see them everywhere buying up everything. Yeah we may find a few good things. But can you imagine what we dont see? Im sure they have it all! I live near by and went to get a taco at the taco place on a Thursday. Guess what they are there. I watched them load many things into there vehicles. So I assume they help and get paid in free stuff. What a joke. I hope you do better one day. I really wanted to like these stores. I finally had one real close to where I...
Read moreSadly the impression that I got with this place is that the employees make the line outside the store with the public and then they're the first to enter so they know where are the good things. We saw how one of the employees (a blonde woman) enter to the store and grabbed inmediately a lego set that we were looking for. I mean if your employees are so desperate to grab the things... can they do it before they posted on social media so we dont waste time searching on those things that are no longer available on the tables? The sad part is that she grabbed more than two things with another man that had a car full of things as well...We wasted our morning just so that an employee grabbed the article, and pay for it as fast as she could and then came back to help at the register.... I think the best name for the store would be: "Amazing Deals For The...
