Everything was good until my wife found a hair underneath her hash browns. I know itâs a Dennyâs, and our server Susan was good until this point, but then she just seemed uncomfortable with having to deal with us and the problem and ignored us while waiting for us to leave. She had already dropped the check off (early) and did offer to remake it, but my wife had lost her appetite after finding a chin hair from the cook with the small black chin goatee. My wife had the majority of her plate left.
Iâve worked in restaurants a long time, and rule number 1 when it comes to hair in the food is you make it right because of how unsanitary it is. If itâs not remade, then you take it off the bill. I had to ask Susan when finally we got up to pay (once it was clear she wasnât taking the bill back to fix it) if we were doing anything for the hair in the food. She said she could do a military discount, which took off less than $6 from her almost $20 entree. I was just very irritated at this point and ready to leave, so I told her that I guess thatâs fine. I asked her if she had told the manager about it since he hadnât come out. She obviously didnât, and I told her she should let a manager know about hair in the food.
The biggest issue was how nonchalant she was about it, like hair in the food happened all the time or she didnât want to deal with us once she had a problem to handle. She didnât tell the kitchen or a manager. She steered clear of us after this after dropping the check off too early. Like I said, I know itâs a Dennyâs, so I shouldnât have high expectations, but at the very least getting a manager involved for a problem like this is server 101. First time trying this location and will definitely...

We had the pleasure of dining at Dennyâs on Christmas morning, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. As we walked in, the festive atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful holiday breakfast.
The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the exceptional service we received. General Manager Cesar was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt special on this joyous occasion. His conversations, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our meal.
Our server, Michael, was equally impressive. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making our dining experience memorable. From recommending delicious breakfast options to making sure our coffee cups were never empty, Michael's service was impeccable. Itâs clear that both Cesar and Michael take great pride in their work, and it made all the difference in our visit.
The food itself was phenomenal, with a wide variety of mouthwatering breakfast options that catered to every palate. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, making our Christmas morning feel even more special.
Overall, Dennyâs exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding service, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and delicious food makes this place a true gem. We left feeling satisfied and grateful for such a wonderful experience, and we canât wait to return! Thank you, Cesar and Michael, for making our Christmas morning...
Read moreThis was our first time at this Dennyâs. I ordered a chicken fried steak with a side order, white gravy, sourdough bread, extra sausage cup of coffee and a full size of orange juice And the eggs were supposed to be made over medium . My wife ordered The garden omelette Without onions or tomatoes, my wifeâs omelette came back with onions and tomatoes, so that had to be re-cooked. My plate came with nasty slimy uncooked white over something eggs. They definitely were not over medium. I could not eat those. I could not finish the side order of white gravy because it had dry powder in it. Therefore, my wife and I couldnât even eat half of the food so we ate around it . We found out that the manager of this Dennys was cooking because the full-time cook called in. So if the manager was cooking, you would think our food would have been suitable to eat. The picture of the fruit that the manager /cook and sent to my wife for her garden omelette was disgustingly nauseating to look at in a place you would expect to be healthy and presentable . . I would suggest the manager make this right or reimburse the $48 we spent on the meal, or allow me to come in and I can show him how to cook an egg over medium . The wait staff was very kind and professional being very apologetic for a manager who shouldâve known better. See attached picture for proof. Would...
