Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tucson

After another year i tried again for convenience sake. The wings don't have enough sauce to cover the wings, and the NY pizza is just a thin crust, no different then what you would get if you just ordered a thin crust. I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 1. The first time i ordered delivery from this store, it took almost an hour, although i live within walking distance. (I had a few beers, so i wasn't driving.) The second time, i ordered carryout. The pizza was ready on time but seemed scabby and old as if it had been sitting for some time. The third time, i ordered carryout because i had a free pizza. It was the same issue. Idk if Dominos made a change for the worse as far as ingredients or if this issue is specific to this location. After 3 strikes in a year, I won't be coming back here, at least not anytime soon. The delivery service is inefficient, and the food is consistently poor quality, but the staff is friendly, so I'm giving them more...

This particular location has always provided very friendly service and fresh delicious food. Last time me and my wife visited the young lady who was working was training a new team member on his first day. They were both extremely polite and kind. She even recognized us and said she was glad to have an opportunity to train him on taking a register order with us because she knew we were patient. It was nice to see someone really take the time with a new employee and care that he was trained well. We got two medium pizzas and a 2 liter of Dp. It took 15 to make our order as is standard at most pizza restaurants. She offered paper plates, napkins ( to bad none of the pizza chains carry Parmesan or red pepper packets anymore with the exception of Quik Trips kitchen lol ) and a sincere thank you. We love the service and food at this Domino's and will always be back. And the new guy was rocking it on his first day! Thanks for the tasty pizza guys,...

Ordered my pizza tonight and have no idea what's going on. They must've hired a new WORSE crew recently because the place was over 30min late with my pizza and had a line waiting out the door. After being told I'd have to wait (for 20min btw) they proceeded to hand out 3 other pizzas to people who ordered after me while my pizza sat and got cold. I know it was their fault too because I rushed home (only 1-2 miles) and my pizza was so cold that we all had to microwave it to eat it. The store manager was there too and did nothing to help the crew, just told them they better get the store clean and left. The woman behind the counter was sweet but I'll now be going to the Domino's further away. This stuff is too expensive to taste like butt AND wait over 45min for it. Toppings were also all over the place and pizza was cut badly. Kinda ruined our date...
