THIS STORE IS AWFUL. *Service/Employees The service here is poor at best. It's easy to see why they have such a high turnover rate with their employees (evidently from the other reviews, their customers too). The employees who have worked here the longest are both male (inconsequential to my point other than listing them for identification and reference purposes) and are the most rude of them all. They both act as if you're an inconvenience upon arrival and show no appreciation for their customers. For some reason they think it's appropriate to huddle up, talk, and snicker as if you're beneath them. The staff here often treats their customers as if it's an "us versus them" relationship rather than embracing their customers and making them feel welcome. As long as I've been going there, the two employees working there the longest don't even know my daily order, not to mention they don't even know my name. I get coffee there at least 5 days a week... I've built good relationships with former employees, sad the good ones never last there but management cuts their hours only to cater to newer employees (from what I've been told by them)so I don't blame them for leaving.
I can't for the life of me figure out why they continue to make my coffee wrong. My order is wrong 9 out of 10 times. How do I know-because we all know what our order should taste like when we order the SAME thing every time. I'm being charged for the extra cream and sweetener but I'm still getting less than I paid for. Which leads me to my next point... Why am I being charged a different amount each time I order the same thing? It's the exact same iced coffee every time but the only consistency this establishment shows is bad and unfriendly service and different payment amounts for the same product.
*Coffee Coffee has an odd taste to it. Without enough cream and flavor to cover it up, it tastes somewhat burnt and indescribably odd. Gives off a taste as if it's been sitting in a container that's mixing in with the coffee.
*Hours I can't tell you how many times I've arrived within an hour and a half of their posted closing time and their doors are locked and the employees just ignore me, even at the drive thru. If a business says they have certain hours, they need to honor that. Closing early out of convenience for your staff is inappropriate. Change your hours if necessary but don't close early deceiving your customers.
*Donuts Donuts are hard as if they've been sitting out for too long, they rarely have enough filling either. I notice they run out of donuts fairly quickly as well.
*Cleanliness The restaurant is generally always very clean.
*The Broadway and Harrison location is much better and worth the wait time based on their accuracy and friendly service. So I'm happy to drive a little further for a much better experience. I will no longer be going to the Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon location unless these things are addressed...
Read moreMissed AND inaccurate items (including an allergy issue) - I placed a mobile order for drive thru through the app that included two drinks as well as multiple food items. When I picked up my order the sealed bag felt very light and I specifically asked if the drinks were in there. And I was assured that they were. I pulled out, parked, and checked my order (after struggling to open the sealed bag that looked like it had been sealed by a two year old). Iced cappuccino was missing… I went back through the drive thru and explained. They didn’t apologize but said to pull forward and they’d make it. After waiting a bit (with food getting cold) someone came to the window and said they were out of skim milk (part of my original order) so I asked for oat instead. So I assume they didn’t initially include the cappuccino because they were out of skim milk??? Mind you, I’d already been charged for the missing drink and nobody told me (when I had SPECIFICALLY asked if the “drinkS” were in the bag) that they were out of skim. And the app didn’t indicate that they were unable to fulfill the order as requested. Anyway, it ultimately got resolved and I went home. Later, I went to eat a munchkin (also part of the overall order) and saw that they screwed those up too. I had specifically requested (I double checked the app) 5 chocolate glazed and 5 regular glazed. I got 4 chocolate glazed and the rest were powdered and blueberry. Problem is I’m allergic to berries… And once AGAIN, nobody had said anything to me/asked about making any substitutions… I then gave all the donuts to my mom. My experience at this location was a freaking joke! I submitted a survey before realizing the issue with the donuts so then called to speak with the manager and was told they were gone for the day. I’ll be calling back tomorrow because food substitutions (assuming that’s what they did w/o asking) should NEVER be made w/o asking in case there’s an allergy issue!...
Read moreThis morning my boyfriend and I stopped at Dunkin Donuts before I went to work. We pulled up to the drive thru and we’re asked what we’d like. The speaker was very low, but we could make out what she was saying. He placed his drink order and then I told the worker what I wanted. It was then silent for about two minutes. I said hello?, into the speaker and was asked to wait a moment. After about another two minutes I was asked to repeat again what i wanted. So I did. We then asked the worker to repeat our order to us. It sounded like she cupped her hands around the microphone on her headset so we couldn’t make out what she was saying and she was shouting. We told her we’d pull up to the window to hear it. When we got to the window we asked her to repeat herself. She said, “I got an everything bagel and a caramel latte, but I feel like I’m forgetting something” this girl looked like she was on drugs and was speaking extremely slow. We then told her, “no. It’s a French vanilla iced latte, and caramel iced coffee and the bagel” she turned back to the register for a few minutes, spoke to her co-worker then turned back to us and said, “okay. So I have a French vanilla iced latte, and a caramel macchiato, was that hot or iced and what size?” At that point my boyfriend and I just told her never mind and left.
