This place has THE WORST MANAGEMENT. We've gone here in the past because the location is convenient and the food is usually decent. Just about every time we have gone, they have a huge line and are majorly understaffed and backed up around dinner time. Tonight was the final straw. We placed an online order in hopes of avoiding a line at 7:20pm (40 minutes before they closed). We got the message that our order was ready for pickup, so we drove over to pick it up (still close to 25 minutes before closing). The restaurant was empty, and the employees were hard at work cleaning all of the serving platers and cooking tools. They were trying to get out of there as early as possible. I said I was there to pick up the order and one of the worker half chuckled and held up one of the boxes and shook it saying that they were basically out of everything. They had clearly been working to close the place from the time we placed our order until I walked through the door and probably much earlier. So I requested a refund which was met with some push back and an excuse that they that they could only give us a slip that would allow us to get food tomorrow (UNBELIEVABLE). I insisted on a refund and finally they issued one. I left empty handed, upset and hungry. I'll never be returning to this location and will be sure to pass this news on to all of the people I know who are in the area. Something needs to change, or this restaurant is going to lose more business...
Read moreI've had a number of issues with the accuracy at different times with my to-go order. Today I ordered a meal and a 20 oz bottled drink to go and when I got to my destination and was ready to eat my lunch the 20 oz bottle I ordered was not in the bag. I called the store and requested that I could pick up the 20 oz bottle of Coke on my return trip back to that side of town to go home. The person I talk to on the phone asked me if I had the receipt, and fortunately I did, so it won't be a problem to pick it up later, but she said she would not give it to me without the receipt. I get to go orders there quite often and I have to really insist that they give me the prepackaged utensils instead of me getting the utensils that are out in the lobby next to the fountain drink machine where everybody has the opportunity to touch them. The servers often forget sauces such as teriyaki which I get quite often when my grandson gets the rice. Unfortunately this is not the only restaurant that you have to double check your order before you leave! I'm not that old but I remember a time where people were more conscientious and there were not so many things falling through the cracks. I miss those times. I'm still not in the habit of checking other people's efficiency but I am getting a lot of practice especially at this...
Read moreThis is the 1st time I've had about experience at this location I came in about an hour until close there was A-line of people so I know they were preparing fresh food and do they had customers to attend to yet still my play was made with the bottom of the walk Chow mein that was old and Flavor less my honey walnut shrimp was dry and cold and in the middle of making my order The employee on the line immediately stopped what he was doing to serve up for large cartons of fresh honey walnut shrimp letting my food get even colder then when he finally finished with his task return to me and approach me as a new customer as if he had forgotten I had even ordered luckily the 2nd plate we ordered was made with a fresh batch of Chow Maine that also came out immediately after my plate was made and some less than desired Orange chicken The cashier was obviously in training of some type and through our transaction I felt uncomfortable that I was even charged properly honestly really out of place for this establishment service but definitely something that needs to be paid attention to during a late...
